Their trickle charger, a very important after market accessory commonly used on motorcycles, was shipped missing the wires that actually make it work. The wire half on the panel is there, but the wire half that attaches to the battery is not in the package. My little sister recently purchased 40 wedding invitations. When she picked up the invitations they appeared differently than the one she brought for them to copy off of. (Keep in mind no one made her aware of this, because, "It should be common sense.") So instead of offering to do them over, no refund involved, they told her they would do them over for half off. Beware: when signing up for their five day free trial, it is unclear that you will be charged $34.95 if you do not cancel in the five days. I was totally surprised to find a charge I did not recognize on my account and refund is not an option upon cancelling. I had to sign up for this service in order to use tvshack.net. I won't use them again either. My computer got a virus from one of these sites. read full review »

Problems with the captain. He refused to inflate the dingy. He ate a $40 meal the first night out (we had to feed the captain). Did not want to sail and had to be fought with to do so. Ordered some Robinair guages from this companys website, they showed the item was "available" and would ship witin 24 hours. All they sent was a non replyable email showing the order info. A week goes by, no shipping email, no product. Email their customer service email to inquire about the order status, no reply. Originally when we started service in 2003 the tank was filled from 0 to 80% capacity of a 120 gallon tank specifically a (420 vertical ASME” with 120 gallon capacity). After years of service with no problems until we called for service on November 6, 2009 the beginning of the cool season. This time the tank was only filled from 0 to 60% capacity. This is 20% under capacity and in the cooler months you will be using more gas and pay at higher winter rates. An increase of about 70% annually for the additional service. This company is the biggest fraud! I paid them money to have a website built and I have yet to have the site built because the designers and the people working on the site found that my ideas were too complex. So they just gave up. No more emails no calls or anything. It is so annoying because they are always ready to call and try and sell you something but when it comes to resolving issues regarding the site, they cannot be found. I was also told that I could pick up a new router from Comcast for free if I leased one of their modems for $5.00 per month. Raja Kapur continues to accept payments via mytether.net for his product, MyTether, which he seems to imply is currently functioning and for which he offers free upgrades. Upon paying and being granted access to the donor forum, one finds that the project may have been abandoned and that the software might not work as advertised (or at all, for that matter). Many users call it a scam and want their money back. My Paypal dispute was opened for quite some time and Raja Kapur never responded nor refunded my money as requested. Empire Bluecross Blueshield is the worst insurance provider I have ever had. My employer (a very large health care organization) reports that they pay over $ 13, 000 on insurance coverage for each employee every year.
