Service and customer service(Anthony) was too good to be true. Anthony gave quotes that did not match at the time of moving. Very bad customer service. Wife had a conversation w/ Anthony. I've been waiting 3 months for a $175 reimbursement. Dana continues to say they sent check, checking on check with bank, check cashed, etc. none of this is helpful. Two years ago my dad had Direct TV and then got a sales pitch for Verizon's Triple Plan which included VIOS TV. The installer removed the Direct TV equipment and must not have made it clear that dad had to cancel the service. I ordered 2 Pitney Bowes ink cartridges for my postal machine on May 28, 2010. The order was placed and shipped from Montreal the same day and arrived at the Richmond, BC sorting facility on June 3, 2010. I still have not received the parcel.
