I bought a ceramcor xtrema frying pan from Mercola.com last July. Last month I was putting it in the sink and it broke into three pieces. This does not work for me. It cost $149 and for that much money it has to stand up to daily use. Mercola.com refused me a refund. It is not warranteed for breakage unless it has something to do with extreme heat or cold. Ridiculous!!! This company is such a scam!!! Actually sent me a bill for the technician they sent out!!! Here's how it goes. Their site would not allow me to request a refund within the period required. The only way I found to request a refund was by submitting a "help desk form". However, the form is never responded too nor do I believe it goes anywhere unless the refund period is over. At least that is what happend to me. The contact us on their website does not go anywhere or provide any contact information. It appears to be set up to guarantee that you cannot request a refund and that you will have no proof for your credit card company that you tried to request a refund in the available time. We had a new garage door (with windows) installed several months ago. Installation we smooth and door works fine. We did notice that one of the inside window frames was scored and asked for a replacement. Two months into that request, we are getting the runaround. All appointments have been postponed for various reasons (warehouse not open, manufacturer has not sent the part, etc, ...) While my wife has handled all the interface, I got on the phone once to express my displeasure at the situation. All I got was a postponing of the next appointment! The letter I sent to this company is below it tells all of what happened. I will say that today when I checked my bank account this company had returned my $19.95 payment that was made in Dec. 2009. So should get a letter regarding this saying that I have successfully canceled my subscription. I am printing off the deposit and keeping it with my other paperwork on this company. We are not a customer of OneCommunications but when customes of OneCommunications call us (expample from 317-547-9621 ICC business products)they get a recording "the number you called can not be reached at this time" We can not call OneCommunications as we are not a customer of this company we can not report trouble to them. My son purchased a vehicle Custom Creations in West Haven, CT. 8 days later, it broke down. He has not been able to drive the car since. They refuse to remedy the situation, and told him he bought the car as "as is", and refused to give my son his money back. George's Cleaners in Tucker, Ga. has surly man who obviously despises what he does and who he does it for. In the process of looking on line to purchase ink cartridges for my printer I came across ink4u.co.uk . Having never dealt with a uk company I was skeptical. I filled out the order form and receieved a copy of the invoice for $58.92 total price. When I receieved my card statement within a week and I was charged $94.08. The product took almost a month to show up. I contacted them via e-mail (as their phone does not work) and explained the error in billing. We made the mistake to going to this ski accessory store in Flaine, France in February this year.
