The golf clubs were counterfeit. On top of that they were bad obvious copies. Thier 30 day satisfaction guarantee is WORTHLESS. They will respond quickly when you are going to spend money but if you have a problem they stall and delay for weeks at a time. Company advertised free shipping for a calendar and a calendar for $2.90. When I went to purchase it, the price jumped to over $3.00 and the shipping was over $17.00. I got a charge in my verizon bill from a company called "Bill With Us" a supposed collect call we never took. When I called them they told I was going to get a 80% refund of the charge in 1 or 2 months. Signed up for a free trial after reading ALL terms and conditions, then I had to CALL to cancel my membership and when I did they said that I hadn't signed up for the free trial, that they "don't even offer a free trial". I literally was on the membership for 10 minutes and they said the best they could do was credit me 50% of my money back since there was a misunderstanding on my part. I hired Simply Safer Lawn Fertilizers, out of Wrentham, Massachusetts, to fertilize my lawn. They are the worst. They showed up a day late, were on my lawn for 10 minutes, left fertilizer and lime all over the driveway and sidewalk, and didn't kill any weeds like they said they would. In my opinion, Smart Carpet sells a low quality product and does not stand behind their warranty. Below is an edited letter sent to the Better Business Bureau of New Jersey that explains the complaint. The rug in question is at this time still less than 1 year old. We purchased two pet condos in espresso finish. These pet condos also function as end or accent tables. They require assembly. It took us about an hour to assemble each table. The BT business broadbrand service has been unavilable for over one month! have been sent 3 new HUB systems to my one business to correct the technical problem, this has failed on three different occasstions. I want to cancell the contract on the bt broadbrand service on a whole! have been told there will be a direct charge of £500, which will cover the rest of the 20 months remaining on the24 month contract. Mem Rewards is what my statement says that dipped in the till without permission.They say i signed up for this rewards program when i had made a purchase back in may of 2009. They took 36.00 from my net spend debit card 6 mo. later and i had never used this service and am sure i had canceled this kinda thing.
