Brandon Garner of Garner Technologies, LLC, came to my house with a pre-paid contract to install 2 audio visual systems including one 7.1 surround sound system and to mount one big screen plasma tv on the wall in our bedroom. He did half of the job but received full payment for half services, and he cut the wire to internet access to my house and connected a dead cable to the tv in my bedroom. He will not answer my phonecalls. I would not let the man into my house to rewire a lightswitch now and he needs to finish any job that someone is stupid enough to contract this fraudulent charlatan for in full and confirm full success before payment read full review »

Holiday Hills could be a really great place. Its close to Branson but far from the traffic. Housekeeping needs some work. I never have the right amount of dihes or towels etc... plus the could be cleaner. The restruart could stay open later. every time we go the hours are different (that can't be good of bussiness) Everyone there is very nice, but for one person. I bought Chrome Phone card of Global Gateway Networks Inc. for $2.50. It primised great international rates. It said I had 888 minutes. It droped the line after one hour of conversation. When I made second call, only 384 minutes left. In fact, there were only 40 minutes. When I called customer service, they told me, service fee was $2.

I had the bundled service through Knology in 2004. I called to have everything turned off except the cable internet. The following month I was charged the full amount for all 3 services. I Called Knology Customer Service and was told not to pay the bill and that they would correct the issue. I then had all the services turned off as I was moving with the military.

On my receipt of the goods, moving the boxes was noisy with broken pieces rattling, even though the boxes were intact. When opened, the boxes contained the shattered china basin and broken vanity. We paid for our service in full and two weeks later, the company made an unauthorized charge of $100.00 to our credit card. There was no reason for this other than to steal money from us. Please avoid this company and their crooked practices. There are many other reputable limousine companies out there to hire that will be honest with you. I recently posted a rant about KLM and four lost bags...seems i have an update. The bags were passed by KLM to MCS Express (express!?) A baggage repatriation team. They then passed them to another courier who will delever them to us. Great! We get our bags back!

I ordered a delivery of a Halloween-related item; the site said delivery in "3 to 7 days".
They delivered it 10 days later.
When I called to complain, "Alex" could not have cared less. When I said "I guess this is my last purchase from you", he said "that's fine with us".
Wow. Lousy service and a jerk of a customer "service" rep, to boot.
A word to the wise: avoid these people.

I needed the water supply line coming from my wall to the toilet tank replaced. Because they said their line would not work with the shut-off valve I had, they also replaced it. It took the plumber all of 5 minutes to replace the line and valve and they charged me $371.00. After doing some research, I found the flexable water supply line for $10.oo and the shut-off valve for $5.00. While there was a $65.00 dispatch charge, adding that up with the cost of the supplies is $80.00. Are you telling me that plumbers are making $291.00 an hour now?!

This is one shifty company. Marissa the owner comes off as a sweet lady, until she owes you money. I have done extensive work work for her when she had her office in Vancouver I was her eyes and ears here. Until she racked up a bill of over $2000 with me, now she doesn't return my call, better yet she picks up and hangs up.
Beware of this woman, her staff is short lived also, maybe because she has such bad relations with her vendors.

I have been a vendor for this company for over 2 years now and just in the last six months have realized that they are a real scam.
Just to name a example I invoiced them $450 and they sent me $265 I don't know where the numbers come from but at Total Facility it make perfect sense.
This company owes me over $11000 and they have no intention of paying it, I have left messages, emails, and voice mails. So I'm using this as my forum so that no other hardworking tradesman is taken by this fraud of a company.
