These people are calling my home even on Sunday evenings at 8:49 pm saying they are trying to collect a debt for a credit card from 1999 but after telling them I didn't have this card they said fees accumulated over the years and I need to pay them and they are going to call me every night until I do. About two or more years ago we signed up with Verizon for a mobile family plan utilizing our original phone numbers. The company said that this would be possible, no problem. I have sent my cloths to this dry cleaner for the last 6 months. On numerous occasions they broke and destroyed my cloths. They also have lost my cloths several times without reimbursement. When asked to get reimbursed for the cloths that they lost, they want me to provide the purchase receipt of my cloths that I bought 6 months ago. Nobody keeps all the receipt!!! We lost our dad on 10/7/08, our mother filed a claim. our mother passed on 10/30/08 one day before before the check arrived for our dad. AAA stopped payment on the check. We have had equipment problems with this company starting in Sept. We suffered water damage to our home, and have had a difficult time seeking remedy with Liberty Mutual Insurance. We have now filed a complaint with the Department of Insurance. I know Liberty Mutual does mass marketing and offers premium reductions to State and County employees … this is how they got us to be a customer. Eddie Farnsworth is the worst business man on the planet. He insists on being paid up front, he sets a schedule that he doesn't adhere to. If you, as the customer, question anything about his attitude or lack of commitment, he blames you. UPS IS TERRIBLE. I originally ordered my Iphone from Rogers on the 29th of August, due to back orders it was not shipped untill the 9th of september. Okay I can accept that. Airtel is providing cheap call rates to India when you call from a Local Access Number. But the calls never get connected when calling from a Local Access Number. You always get a message " The number you are trying to reach is currently unreachable" . Then immediately if you call from a Toll Free Number, where airtel charges you 6 times more than local access number, the call gets routed succesfully.
