Plow & Hearth is a catalog company offering Home Living goods. I need to return an item due to an error in their catalog falsely representing the item. I have been trying for EIGHT WEEKS to have the issued resolved and the company has yet to come through on its many promises to send me a pre-paid shipping label. Barney's Sew & Vac on Guadalupe Rd. in Mesa, Arizona used to be the best place to take your machines for repair. Mark was fabulous and very service oriented. Unfortunately he sold the business to a bunch of buffoons. I dropped off my carpet cleaner in October - we had tried to clean the carpets and the spray nozzle wasn't working. Keepsakes Etc is by far the worst company I have ever worked with! Not only did the company not place my order, but did not acknowledge that the order was not placed until four weeks later, when I called to find out why I did not receive my product yet. This company sells fake products that come severe production defects. They pretend to be a US based company with a sham address in Los Angeles, Ca and have FedEX duty and customs taxes billed to the customers as hidden charges. Products they mail from Malaysia (that you think you are buying in the US with confidence)come with defects and damages and redfingerprint.com (A guy called Alex Theo and his sidekick David Lee) gives continuous run around, insisting that the product is meant to be this way, simply making a mockery of the customer. I ordered 2 items from http://www. roadrashapparel.com on December 18, 2007. I received an email from their customer service dept ([email protected]) stating my order was completed. The first item arrived January 11, 2008, a 5 piece set but only came with 3 pieces. I emailed and emailed and called. NO REPONSE. My recent experience with Bell Business Internet has been one of the worst experiences of my entire business career. We bought Bell Internet on April 1, 2009, it was suppose to be hooked up within 5 business days and we were excited to have internet setup at the new location. Though we did not get internet live at our shop until late April 2009. I have been waiting nearly 6 weeks to receive a refund on an order I cancelled on 7/20/09. Please note that this was an order cancellation, not a refund for returned merchandise. I never saw or touched the items ordered. The order never shipped. My credit card was billed 7/9/09, the same day the order was placed. I purchased a Tascam 8 track digital recorder with the extended warranty. Two months after I bought it the right side mic would stop recording in the middle of a song. I switched the cords, mics, etc. still not working. I called GC and they told me to call the warranty center, I dropped off the recorder at the recommended repair center. I went to Pictureme Portrait Studios in Wal-Mart to have some pictures taken for me to use in marketing materials. I am a realtor and need Hi Resolution photos for signs and other marketing stuff. They sell a Hi Resolution photo CD with copyright release for $119.99 ($128.39 with tax). When I got the CD home, the pictures were between 200 and 300KB (No where close to "Hi Resolution"). Packet 8 provided the freedom annual plan for $199 and did automatically renew the subscription a year later with an increase in price to $240 - upon calling up packet 8, this renewal meant we cannot cancel the plan or get any refunds, the call quality has been very bad, I work from home a lot of days and it is almost unusable to make work calls, I have to switch over the using my mobile, wasting my minutes. This is one of the most unethical businesses and their practices (auto renewal of subscription plans, no refunds, not offering paper bills) are very questionable. read full review »

Buyer beware when doing business with Satin Boutique. Their shopping cart system should have a disclaimer that the price shown is just an estimate and that you will be responsible for whatever amount the owner decides your order is worth. Additionally, you won’t ever get your money back, because the store only issues store credit even if you never had a legitimate transaction to start with. I bought a pool from these people last year. I paid $300.00 to fill the pool and the liner split. They replaced the liner but when asked about reimbursement for the water they have done nothing but string us along. We haven't gotten any straight answers and basically they think if you ignore something long enough it will go away. They don't return calls and don't respond to emails. After ten years with our same doctor and several support systems we have come to rely on for great health care, we have to make a change. Ultimate fares has absolutly no customer service! I spent over 6 hours on hold and was ultimatly hung up on. During all that time I was also emailing them about my problem. When my call started I was caller #9 with a 60 minute wait time. After 4 hours I became caller #1 with a 1 minute wait time which went to caller #1 with a 5 minute wait time and eventuall I ended up as caller #1 with a 60 minute wait time. Cox Communications is "UPGRADING" their email service. Therefor I can't get my emails. This started intermittently a few weeks ago and is getting worse every day. It is now after 1:00 in the afternoon and I still can't open my emails. This is my work and personal email account. Cox is putting me out of business. They call you pretending to be your regular supplier. I was duped since I had just started a few weeks ago and they used the name of the old purchasing manager. At the time we were out of Debit tape so I ordered. This was August 2008. They are way overpriced first of all. And the quality of the debit tape is very poor. I contracted with America's Moving Services for my move from NY to FL. They sent CEH to handle my move. Ceh was very unprofessional. We had 33 items damaged and 2 items stolen (a flat screen tv and my tool box.) We have not been compensated by CEH for the stolen items nor have they paid the insurance claim for the damages. I joined this company when I went to Saudi Arabia for a visit. I was surprised when they ask me for money up front for 3 months of service and for the cost of their modem. It costed me approximately $350 in USD. It is expansive and they do not tell you that you can not cancel at any time. Since day 2 I started to have problems with the network.
