I bought a new 5th wheel trailer from Valley RV Center in McMinnville, OR. Unfortunately the unit was a "lemon". After numermous trips to have repairs done ie: water faucets connected wrong, most drawers falling off, water leaking from underneath while traveling, mice and flys were able to get into the unit because of poor construction. I took a new wool crepe pant suit for drycleaning for the first time to this organic cleaners with the specific request that the suit be steam pressed after cleaning. I called them last October when my A/C broke down and they told me that they didn't work on Air Conditioning problems between Oct 1 & May 1 AND that NO ONE ELSE DID EITHER. The other 3 "were no longer available". On the website I read that there might be substitutions, but they were supposed to be of equal value. I contracted with Summit Transport in Selingsgrove PA in May of 2008 to deliver a boat trailer from CT to CA. Paid in advance(my first mistake!)Provider never delivered the trailer, ran me around for months with promises and lies about trailer's location. Finally I had the guy take the trailer back to the manufacturer. Then Summit ran me around for 8 more months with refund promises. Finally I got a small claims judgement against Summit Transport in CA and sent it to the local PA magistrate to get my payment refunded. A real hassle.
