Purchased 3 jugs of chlorine and needed them re-filled. Guy at store won't take 2 of them because they don't have a Leslie's sticker on them (these are jugs I bought from them 2-3 weeks ago!). I don't want anything from this company. I just want to say that I was also threatened by the owner with a lawsuit for expressing dissatisfaction with the services his company provided. He also made a comment that he knew where I worked which was really threatening and I recorded that comment. I also kept all of the e-mails he sent me which were threatening as well. This company is a broker in pharmaceutical products which acts for about 120 pharmacies. Six months after the order, products (ED pills) weren't delivered despite two order "re-shipping" (they say). I ordered an expensive lamp from them. When we unpacked it, the base was damaged and the cover for the hole from which the cord exits was loose. This is a safety hazard as the cord can rub on the metal edges and be damaged, an issue with children in the house. I sent photos and notified them right away. Be aware that if something is damaged, they expect you to pay to return it, and charge you a restocking fee. Has general programs but I would recommend CCAC for a more well rounded education and approval. The school is only accredited through the national association and students truly need a school/university regional accreditation (traditional 4 year Pitt, Penn State, etc) to have a possibility of credits transferring. I bought a 2300 Chatom and Wells mattress from Sit and Sleep with a Mattress pad that would guarantee the mattress from any stains. The mattress has sunken in over the five years and I called for the warranty inspection to have it taken care of. I couldn't agree more with what others have already written. I was extremely disappointed in the product. It looks as if someone photocopied a manual from the 1970's and the audio files are also a terrible quality. Actually the date on the cover page is 1967. The previous owner had foundation of my house was repaired 3 and a half years ago by Allied. When I purchased the house, I received the transferable warranty. I had a technician come to my house to look at some small interior cracks. Unfortunately, after he came we noticed a much bigger problem. In my subdivision, the houses are built on the side property line. So to see the east side of my house, I have to go into my neighbors backyard. Any mail order plants are going to come smaller than we anticpated because of logististic and the nice catelog pictures. But this company's customer service is terrible. After about a month, i contacted yardiac to find out the status of my order. i was told that it was on back order and was given a new shipping date. i patiently waited and when the new date came and went, i called again. We were put under pressure at a presentation that was to take place for 90 minutes... Which ended up to be 3 hours. When we stated NO The closer came in to present a "Try me" for $900, 6 nights at one of their resorts... We thought we had nothing to loose... but found out when we got back home... You hve to pay the contract up completely before you can use the resort... You have 27 months to use the resort... the contract will not be paid up in full till 26 months. Legalzoom webpage is very misleading. The Premium Package advertised at $359.00 actually cost me over $800.00! They provided no itemized bill and I had to wait unitl Monday to call. Tuff Shed arrived without vents. I had paid deposit only- would not pay balance until vent were installed. This took 4 weeks and 10 calls. Lots of infighting as to who's fault it was that the vents were not installed and who's account was going to be charged. Finally called district office.
