I am currently looking for an apartment through craiglist without any broker fee and where it says no broker fee- there are actually apartments posted by broker and I cant really contact the real owner of the house or the apartment so that I can actually find an apartment and move in. I am pregnant and in 2 weeks I will give birth, I am with 2 small kids and a husband. My current lease will end on march 1 and the owner wants an apartment for himself.

This company does not pay its drivers and exuses it by constantly changing the agreement after it has been made. It advises "wait for pay" and the pay never comes because impossible conditions are set before pay is "sent". I am already owed more than $1500. It has been owed me for almost a month. Lately there have been alot of online ads avertising "miracle" pills that you take and will help you lose weight. They are offering a free trial in which you only pay shipping of $5.75. We entered into an agreement with AT&T for the triple play: internet, phone, and dish network satellite, for $128.94 a month. Our first bill was $252, and our second was $214.00. Both, a far cry from $128 agree upon. AT&T has adjusted their part, but Dish Network told us that the $91.43 charge is for satellite + premium channels. Movers damaged items that were finally delivered today: an irreplaceable family heirloom antique secretary was severely damaged, no bedroom set hardware was delivered, dvd player w/remote is missing, 52" plasma tv is scratched, numerous small items and appliances are missing or damaged. Received low quote...that should have been my first clue. Save yourself some major headaches and DO NOT do business with Trans-United, Inc. or Sysco Van Lines, or Moving With Us. Understand that Ashley Furniture Homestore customers and Ashley Furniture Homestore itself are not the only ones that were taken. Many automobile dealerships, specialty reatilers, and others who all thought they were "helping" people get an opportunity to earn up to $500 worth of free gas were taken too The companies that sold there services to fulfil the $100/$500 gas are the ones to blame. I keep recieving a Product from Nu U Products called Skinney Boost. I signed up for a one time offer of the product. A month later I recieved another package with an invoice. The invoice had no information as to what I was charged, a number I could call or website. I later discoverd that I was charged $60 and no way to put a stop to this. I opened my ATT phone bill and found a charge for $14.95 from Foneright billed through ILD Teleservices. I have never heard of either of these companies. I have no idea how they or when they think that they transaction was authorized. Here are the steps I took to receive relief from this:

The coders wanted the certainty to be payed, so i trusted Getacoders escrow system, and prepayed to this system.

Whenever police caught the truck, they blame the customers. A lot of people have become victim of this.

Shopped in the store a month ago. Followed around by the owner who is an extremely rude individual. When he walked away was then followed by his wife Jennifer who is one of the sales persons. Sarcastic to me and another customer, followed us like we were going to steal something from the store. Would never recommend this place to anyone -went down the block to another light store. Royal Movers did come out to my grandmother's senior living apartment in Anaheim Hills, CA on 05/05/09 and pack all belongings noted and trucked them to the specified UT address by 05/16/09. This was due to a death in my family.
The problem I'm currently having is that there were legs broken off an entertainment center, a box or ornate ceramic pots was totally demolished and an antique large brass lamp is missing, even though it was noted on my household inventory paperwork that the lamp wasn't on the truck.

Christmas 2008 I ordered new bedding for both teenage daughters. The one set is great. Thick, beautiful color, holding up just like you would expect a $200 quilt to hold up. The other set is two "Crinkle Puff Quilts" from PB Teen. They have not held up at all. Within weeks they were starting to tear just from pulling them up to make the bed. I try to get to a person by pressing one (1) as their message states, but the computer keeps hanging up on me without directing me to someone who could stop the calls or explain the "... important business matter...". Firstly This plan is supposed to be a post-paid plan but thats a LIE. Its actually a prepaid plan. So in a sense all plans at Tata Indicom Boradband are prepaid plans!! DO NOT buy any postpaid plans from them!! All post-paid plans are in essense Prepaid.
