We purchesed the TV toward the end of May from Ultimate Electronics. Very happy with produce except it attracted more dust than any other CRT TV we have ever owned. After 2 weeks it made a pop and would no longer power on. We took it back to Ultimate where they exchanged it after lecturing us about the dust and wrote "Unit came extremely dusty. When signing up for their credit card which I got, the rep pressured me into trying Identity Alert. He was EXTREMELY persistent. I should have hung up on him, but I was trying to be polite. Well, polite is not what they try to be to YOU. I gave in because in my day we were not taught to hang up on people. I accepted because of his pressure knowing I would cancel on time within 30 days. Someone should act against these people who are running this site and looting people openly through their website. They have advertised they give out a list of 1000 multinational advertising websites after you pay them Rs.200/- but once, the money is paid or transferred to their current a/c in the ICICI Bank (a/c # 611905046661) you won't hear from them any more. There is a lady at the customer service counter that always gives me a hard time, as I would often catch her conducting return fraud, when returning an item she would return the item under the sales price indirectly ripping me the customer off. Today she got her revenge. I typically take advantage of a "loan a tool" program at this store due to its advantages, you pay for a tool and you get your refund for the tool once you take the tool back. I placed an order online with WomenWithin for $83.62 for 5 pairs of shorts and 2 tee-shirts. I had to return the shorts because they were to big and this is when the crap began. They received the returned items on June 4th. After many emails to their customer service (hahahaha)trying to get a status on my return and getting cloned messages from them, I got $48.55 deposited in my account today. The owner, who has her hands in every department on a daily basis, is crazy. Told me she would sell a seadoo 200 for one price. When I returned she told me she wanted to add all these fees and I never said I wanted a trailer and that would be another 2000 and than bumped up the price on the original offer. I told her I was not interested. I went in the salon last week for a service and there was a Golden Retreiver in the salon walking around with a cone around its head I ask who's dog was that? & why dose it have a cone around its head? I called AAA Air Conditioning and they were very prompt coming for the initial service call. Two days later the same problem continued, I called to have them come back (it was still w/in warranty with AAA), two weeks later they still have not come to fix the problem. I spoke with "Harley" who say's someone will come and no one ever does. 'Harley' puts me on hold for minutes at a time and says I'm the one never available, which isn't true. This company has provided terrible service. I still have not received the correct product- they have charged me for the item. In May, I ordered an iSol Plus by phone and they delivered a different product -the iSol Plus 2X (similar name, PN is only 1 digit off) I know I requested the unit with the variable voltage as recommended by the sales guy. I made a purchase from PORT CITY COIN AND JEWELRY. They were supposed to Mail my purchase to me. When I contacted them about my purchase they told me it was mailed that "I needed to be patient". After several more days when I contacted them again, I was cursed out. I was called a cheat, crook, liar and cursed then posted this slander on the internet. I have never been treated this way by a merchant. This tells me that they never mailed my purchase. The traffic coming from Kundalahalli signal gets only 30 seconds green signal at Marathahalli junction whereas the traffic coming from HAL gets 60 seconds green signal at Marathahalli junction. Pressurizing customers to book after clear 25 days. I bought a Tumi backpack based on the lifetime warranty claim. At the time I bought it, they offered lifetime. But now they want to charge $125 for repair open seams by the zipper and strap, and between internal compartment! While I called, they said "we don't offer lifetime warranty, we only offer lifetime service, for a fee". The service and support is not a good match for their price!
