I hope this is the correct forum for a complaint such as mine. For the past few months I have had a spyware pop-up on my computer daily from a company called lowermybills.com. I find their advertising to be "gross" and inappropriate. It has black silhouette forms of men and women - cowboys and large women with hair extensions - dancing and gyrating across their ad. Over the Christmas holidays (2008), I purchased a "Classic Coffee Cake Pan" made by Nordic Ware Inc, 5005 Hwy 7, Minneapolis, MN 55416. The second time I used it, I removed my coffee cake from the oven and filled the pan with water to soak. A family heirloom cedar chest was taken to be restored and refinished. The chest was at Charleston Interior for approximately 18 months. When I picked the cedar chest up it was in worse condition than before it was taken in for repair. The veneer had been replaced and had several places where it was not attached to the chest. I have an account with tel3.com. It was not used for a while but I had an account balance. The account was set up with my credit card so that it would be automatically charged when my account reached a certain balance. The amount charged was $25.00. I ordered a combination Fios/Telephone service in March and have not yet received a confirmation of my contract, The length of it, the price etc. Only what I have to pay in case I cancel earlier than the 2 years. There is no way of contacting anybody. After being transferred to various divisions, when you ask for a supervisor, you get disconnected. And it takes 1-2 hours on the phone.
