On April 24, 2008, my sisters and I reserved a Golden West car to pick us up at Los Angeles Airport and take us to Disneyland. In December of 2008 I bought a Gaggia Carezza espresso coffee maker. When I began using the coffee machine it seemed to work fine, but within one month it broke down when the steam mechanism failed. Emails and hard copy mailers were received that stated that for preferred customers who had registered on Ringling Bros. website, that if tickets are purchased early, there would be a 20% discount. The fact is that this is a bait and switch. We had a $15, 000.00 Sunroom added on to our home in 2005. This year during the heavy rainstorms we have had, the roof leaked and I called Betterliving and the woman there said she would take my name and number and get a service man out to us when "Someone is in the area", not what you want to hear when your roof is leaking, and also stated it will cost 75.00 an hour for thier service. I am writing in regards to a pair of your Dr.Schools shoes I purchased recently. The shoe name is “Michelle”, they are Black in color, the item number is 258994235. These particular shoes have the gel-pac insoles in them. My complaint is that I have only worn the shoes 3 times and already the gel-pac insole has come loose on both shoes. I ordered a lift kit from this company about 3 years ago. Not only have I not received the kit, my attempts for a refund have gone in vain. After countless phone calls, mostly sitting on hold, hiring an attorney, complaints filed with the BBB of California, and a complaint to the Attorney Generals office of California, I still do not have my $1638.82. Worthington Locksmith failed to show up with adequate supplies to install our front door lock. After a partial installation, they failed to show up for weeks, despite multiple calls made to them -- each time they make an excuse, promised to show up and fail to do so. Our mistake was paying for the work before it was entirely completed. They don't take credit cards, so watch out -- don't pay in full! Better yet - don't use them at all. They act polite as they lie about coming to complete their work. They also tried to make off with nearly new door handles we were having replaced. I noticed that the ribbons on these mylar Mother's Day balloons are hanging down to my chest walking to look at items in the front of the store. They were in my mouth, nose, eyes, hair and on my face. April 1st 2009 brought car in to take a look at. Was having problem with a clunking noise that I thought was cb boot or sway bar.
