I called Qwest in late December to order DSL only. The representative told me there was a deal to add local phone service for $1 for one year. I then received a bill for $119 including over $90 for the phone service. This company provides servers for using Ventrilo and other voice chat servers. They have a very underhanded renewal policy. They require 24 hrs notice before your renewal period if you want to cancel your account, but the only email you receive is on the day of the renewal, which is considered too late.
