After first notifying BW that 16 pages were missing from my March 9 issue, I was instructed to go to the web site for the content. The content on the web site is not listed in the same order or categories, and of course isn't much fun to look at, so I requested a replacement issue or a download of the PDF. They have informed me that even though I've paid for my subscription and they sent an incomplete copy, I will have to pay an additional $4.99 to download a PDF so I can see what was missing from my magazine. I've tried repeatedly to reason with customer service, but receive the same response, so I thought I'd try this approach. read full review »

They were hired to fix my furnace. I had concerns they hadn't really fixed the problem. Before using this guy be sure to check with the AG's office in Vermont. The company and it's owner are dishonest and provide a very poor lecvel of service.
Had hired them for a move and had damages and they failed to make them good. Had to contact the AG's office and this guy wouldn't even deal with them. Save your money and hire someone else. read full review »

I am writing to warn people not to buy the Magic Bullet. I bought 4 of them for Christmas presents the year before (2004). Just this past Christmas (2005)the cheap plastic wheel broke. The blades inside my mixer would not spin.
I called the company and asked for a replacement of the wheel and was told this was not available, BUT I could buy a replacement bottom for $39.99. This is the biggest ripoff of all times. In November 2008 me and my wife while in vegas on vacation went to a presentation to get tickets to a show. We were told the presentation would take 2 hours and they kept us there for 4.5 hours. We refused over and over until they made us what we thought was a wonderful deal. The sales re threw in free trips to Hawaii and Dubai and we were witnessing new owners popping balloons and winning trips.

I received a phone call saying that I owed $300 to this company United Legal Processing. I asked him what is the company about. He told me that I borrowed this money and that I have not paid it. National family solutions are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. They do not listen to what you tell them, they do not know the laws of the states. I what to get guardianship of my step grandson and they told me that a 12 year old can tell the judge where they would like to live. They have you fill out a questionnaire, tell you to write out a stoy so they can proof read it and write the way the judge whats to see it. I had a 1 yr contract at set price; they did not notify me at the end of contract to see if I wanted to renew; more than doubled my rates without notice and now want $600.00 over and above the contract price.

I got a call from one or their sales guys, I told him right off i was 'NOT' interested and they were not on our vendor list due to no product libality insurance being file. He told me about so hot specials that I told him were not so hot and what I paid for the stuff was half of that, the next thing I know their crap is at my door. I have seen a special offer of webhosting at £2.99 and started using they tricked me paying 4.59 as small print somewhere on their website or a link has conditions to trick public.
Added SQL server and it does not support many connection/import data procedures. Keep booking support call and their system keep bouncing from all their email addresses including sales. On Aug. 11, 2008 I hired TNT Cart to redesign on current website and make from scratch a second website. The work was hardly even begun when the 60 day contract ran out. My credit card company got my payment taken off my credit card. In January of 2009 TNT promised they did want my business and could and would adhear to the contract. I went to the JRCIGAR website to order my standard order. I wanted to do it before April 1 when the S-CHIP tax increases on cigars. Imagine my surprise when I found the cigars had already increased almost 50%. When I wrote and accused them of price gouging, they said it wasn't them it was the manufacturers. On Feb.10 2009, I attempted to purchase Protection for my new laptop (Norton). I completed the transaction, however the battery on my computer was low I attached the charger. Feb 11, 2009, I turned on my computer and was prompted to sign up for Norton, again I completed the transaction.
I did not realize until my Credit Card Statement arrived that I had mistakenly ordered Norton twice.

They took in thousands of dollars, if not hundreds of thousands of dollars and scammed people to belive they would have a website up and running within weeks. I'm starting to using celcom 3g since last week, and since there's no wifi or any other internet connection, including other wireless broadband provider here, so I'm stuck with only Celcom's 3G internet service.
I'm using their daily RM6/day services as I'm only using the internet when I just needed it, especially for assignment and work.

I am very familiar with united air duct cleaning and their unscrupulous tactics they play. I own a similar business and companies like this make all of us look bad. They test for mold and sell very expensive mold treatments, but in texas the law requires a 'mold remediation license' to perform such services. They claim their people are employees when in fact they're subcontractors and are paid accordingly. I was talked into setting up a corporation in Nevada a couple of years ago after signing up for a course by /name removed/. They portrayed a Nevada LLC as a great tax benefit, but I needed a resident agent. This was fine, along with the modest 49.95 monthly fee.

This has been our experience with my free estimates. This is all highly factual information. We bought 89 leads at current prices of $45.00 each that equals $4, 005.00. We set twenty one appointments that equals .235% or $190.00 net for each appointment set. We sold ten jobs that equals $400.50 lead cost per sold job. It is a numbers game. Our usual close (sold %) rate is always between 40% to 60% . lets look at the ten sold jobs from 89 leads thats only 11.2 %. A roundtrip fare on T-mobile's vender (TLC?) website cost as much as 2 fares on the airline sites!! They offer fares WAY off the mark from current fares (sky high fares - no pun intended), plus unusually high taxes above the ones you will find on the airline sites per seat, and the final nail in the coffin is their $13 PER SEAT fee!
