My husband works for Advanced Beverage Co. and they pay for him to get free taxi cab rides if he ever needs one to be safe. On Saturday the 21st, at 1:00 am we called Yellow cab to get a taxi. We waited, and waited and then finally I called back 30 minutes later to see the status. When I rent to own a 5 bedroom Ashley(B23-1)I was told the bed didn't have matresses. and the manager told me he would throw in a pair of used ones for free. But When I read the contract a few days ago They are charging me 32.34 a month for 21 months which comes to a total of $681.03. And the term was for 16 months not 21. I researched the Staber washing machines. They claimed high energy efficiency and easy to work on. The FIRST machine arrived with freight damage. It was a hassle to get the claim resolved and to get the company to pay for the damages. After months of use we noticed that it was shreding some of our good clothes. The factory did not believe us. The customer service rep. told me that I would be able to get the NBA games if I upgrade from (U-300 to U-300) package after doing so I had to call the company every other day for two weeks about not being able to get the games the night before. This company has the worst customer service I have known ever. USA International Data, installed an Eclipse machine to process credit and debit cards transactions, this machine have a plus: the system telecheck, to confirm and deposit checks directly from the machine. We searched the parking for signs to find out who to call to get my car back, but all the towing signs had a phone # that had been disconnected. So I called the police and after 5 days of searching for it, I learned that Chad's Towing towed it. Ordered a 24 rose valentine Bouquet Deluxe which cost £35. Picture showed big arrangement. Although it arrived at my girlfriends work on time I was so embarressed. She received 2 x bunches of 10 roses. No arrangment just in celofan. No card i asked for. When i complained they said it was valentines period, thats all you get. Their auctions are a complete farce! They blatantly lie. 90% of the auctioned properties are not sold. There is a secret 'reserve price', so the opening bid they advertise does not matter at all. The seller has the auctioneer bid on the sellers own property. The auctioneer is on it too. So if you are bidding, you are bidding against the seller. It's a no win situation. This group has a tenant hotline to provide us with legal advice. I called and before they would provide the help I had to promise and set up a date for a meeting with them and all my neighbors in my buildings. After the meeting they had me go door to door with them and collect $10 memberships with there group. They left with over $400. Their advice was wrong and almost got me evicted. When my neighbors wanted them to come out again they wouldnt. Now I find out they get huge government grants to provide this BAD service to tenants for free! Waited all day, tracking the package online throughout. Said it was out for delivery.
