I found this store through Bestbookbuys.com. I ordered a CompTia A+ study book with priority shipping and got it in 2 days. Even with shipping added in I saved $15 versus retail. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR BUYBACK.. they lie. I sent in two very good books...one they say heavily stained and the other missing pages. These books were both normal college used texts. NO pages were taken out and no stains were on them. They were very good condition. So after I sent them in I cannot file any claim to return my books. TERRIBLE. Use textbooksrus or another service. I ordered from Bodysourceonline for a large sum in October, only to get a reply that they didn't ship outside the UK and would issue a refund on my money. Despite many contact attempts, Bodysourceonline didn't refund for three months, only after I applied for chargeback from my credit card company, they contacted me and officially apologized and told me the company changed owners during the weeks I tried to contact them. I ordered an xecuter 2x programmer on september 12th, 2007. I checked my bank statement, saw that the transaction went through smoothly and figured I would be receiving my item soon. I have bought 2 times from these guys, bought a diamond necklace which was on sale, second time which is today, I bought a Pearl Bracelet for my wife on valentines day. Stay away from this Vendor!!! The worst customer experience that I have ever had. I attempted to cancel my order immediately after I placed it realizing that I purchased the wrong item. I was only able to contact them by email. I was informed that it was too late to cancel (immediately after ordering). And I had to refuse delivery or return it after it was delivered. Horrible company, went out of business apparently while leaving many customers hanging after they sent payments but obtained no product. I myself purchased a wii bundle package on February 15th 2008. The first bad sign from the company was instantly when they notified me that because of 'technical difficulties' they were unable to give me the warranty they were -required- to give me with my product. I bought over $2000. of camera equiptment and had some issues with the wrong price but they did fix that. Warning, this mover is definitely not professional or dependable! When the belongings didn't arrive on the scheduled delivery dates the mover had to be contacted. Twelve days from pick up the belongings were still in the mover's possession. The mover failed to contact the customer regarding any changes made concerning delivery. Americatel unilaterally change my international long distance rates without notice or warning from 6 cent a minutes to 72 cents per minute. When I called their automated system acknowledge a billing error, but after a couple of months when I called again they say that service was cancelled. This is highway robbery, and their customer service is no better. When pressed they claim service was cancelled on Aug 6, but I did get billed up to the end of Sept with my old rates. This company has the monopoly on telephone service to and from jails throughout the Country. Their pricing is astronomical. When pre paid on a credit card, they charge the cardholder an activation fee, EVEN after you have an acct. set up. On top of that, they charge a connection fee for each call AND the minutes dwindle quickly from the INFLATED cost of calls. $25.00 can be used up in less than ten minutes. This company fradulently changed my long distance provider from Verizon and then charged me for it. I never knowingly changed my account information and they had me listen to a tape of a man speaking so faast I couldn't understand what he was saying. I do not know who these people are. They have been calling for a year now. I decided to push #1 during one call to speak to a representative. I tried to explain I was on the NO CALL REGISTRY and would they please stop calling my home. The woman at the other end tod me their calls were a non soliciting call there fore too bad for me. Wanted to speak with someone by phone to discuss product prior to ordering it. Called many, many times with no answer or returned calls from messages. Upon speaking with someone (finally), found communication very difficult do to language differences. Once obtaining desired informaiton chose to order online to avoid mistakes inevitable in a verbal order. In my opinion this is the worst on-line reseller, they misrepresented an item I purchased and failed to correct the advertising even after filing a claim with the BBB. I've submitted a formal complaint with Florida's Miami/Dade consumer protection agency regarding the false advertising, so we'll see if PcRightNow Inc, will do the right thing. I ordered a Nikon Coolpix 8700, Bilibi mislead me into thinking it was in stock. ONE MONTH LATER I cancelled the order after they billed my credit card, no camera. They cancelled the billing, then I was informed they had rebilled my credit card and would not remove the charge. I was forced to Dispute the charge through my credit card company. Excellent service from Billy de Cola of Big10 Media, Inc. Lightning fast shipment (actually arrived before it left, due to international date line!) It was a Sony DSR-1 DVCAM VTR, purchased through eBay. It had a slight transport problem common to all early DVCAM VTRs, and I got it fixed right away with Billy's help. Completely reimbursed. I later purchased a Sony DSR-25 DVCAM VCR from their eBay auction. The manual was Japanese, so I asked how I would go about getting an English one. Billy sent me one almost before I asked! Dont't utilize this seller, they suck you in with low prices and then sell you accessories that don't work and are valued at 1/3 of the price charged. When contacted they will take the merchandise back at a 15% restocking fee even for products that don't work.
