Here we are a regular family looking to expand our home, I did a lot of research on the Contractor we hired but to our surprise he went bank robed, now we are seeing the effects of his work, water from the rains has come inside the walls and on to the floors of the two new rooms that the kids have not even gotten the carpet yet and are still sleeping in our room, now with them keeping around $20, 000 of our money, we now don't know what to do, we will probably need to redo all of the front walls to both of the rooms and maybe is the roof... read full review »

Hill December 19, 2008
I recieved a warrant in debt to appear in court on December 16, 2008 and Chesterfield County Court had no record of such a case. This company has been threatening me along with Odgden Check Approval Network, Inc. that if I do not pay, which I paid a good amount of it, that they will get me when I show for court. Well, the date came and I recieved another letter in the mail, which was dated December 10th that my date had been moved to february 16, 2009 at 1:00pm. Again the county has no record of such... read full review »

Mighty Leaf Tea
Galus December 19, 2008
Mighty Leaf unfairly blames poor website design and shopping cart bugs on customer!! I received an email promotion of a sale on Might Leaf's website. The promotion motivated me to look at their tea specials online. In addition to the holiday sale, they were offering free tea pouches with the order. In addition to these special offers, they were also offering free shipping on the order. On top of the free shipping, free tea, and a 20% discount, it appeared they were offering another Holiday special: a free mug with the order. I decided to... read full review »

Robert Suraci December 19, 2008
There are extra charges on my verizon phone bill. One is $14.95 from Vox Trail Voicemail. I have no voiucemail service on this line. The other is $16.00 from ILD Teleservices. Evidently they are connected somehow. I don't know who they are and never asked for there services. I doubt that they are providing me with any services. I suspect that they are in cahoots with verizon who is probably receiving part of the cut. I can only imagine how much they will be raking in before they come to justice. If and when they ever do. read full review »

I dealt with this company in May of 08 and things went great, we needed to move again in November of 08 so we decided to use them again. When we moved in May we had a little over 7500 pounds and were charged for our actual weight, after speaking to the service rep I told here I had less then what we had in May because we were leaving a lot behind and packed a lot in our vehicles so she told me we will estimate 7500 pounds and then if its less you will be charged for the amount you have. Between May and November they had changed there contract... read full review »

Almost 4 years ago I purchased my first Buisness Accout with IX. Soon after, I purchased 3 more, and I was recommending them to my customers. For the first 2 years, I NEVER needed support, I cannot remember ever having an issue.. In 2007 that came to an ABRUPT end. In June of 2007, one of my sites Photo Galleries was not loading images, so I logged onto “Chat Support” it was a nightmare, the person I was chatting with was very limited with the English languge. I tried to explain that my images were not loading, he replied... read full review »

VACANT LAND WORLDWIDE
maryellis December 18, 2008
On 3 Dec 2008 I received a call from Mr. Tom Kooka of Vacant Land Worldwide, clearwater, Florida. Mr. Kooka informed me that he had a buyer for my property located in San Bernardino, California. The land had not been listed so he must have obtained information on ownership from the tax rolls. Mr. Kooka assured me that the buyer had high interest in purchasing my property and that closing on the sale was imminent but that he would need an advance payment from me so that the sales could be closed. My complaint is based on my experience with this franchise location. Minnesota has a 3 day right of reccission law. I followed the law to the letter in canceling my membership within 3 business days. Sending my notice US Mail certified with return receipt so that it could be tracked. Their sales tactics are questionable, I was subjected to their presentation for 4 hours! Afni & Amp'd Mobile
KillCreek December 18, 2008
I checked my credit recently and found a collection from a company I'd never heard of - Afni. This collection account dropped my FICO score something like 70 points - MAJOR damage. This makes it almost impossible for me to get new credit, and could cause my current credit holders to increase my rates. I investigated further by calling Afni (http://www.afniupsourcing.com/). I finally got someone on the phone who claimed I owe Amp'd Mobile $262. Amp'd Mobile went out of business in 2007. I paid my final bill. The only thing I... read full review »

I was also 'employed' by NRS. I sold about $3000 of merchandise to family and friends. Our local MN telephone company representative noticed the additional $49.95 fee on our local phone bill. She called to sak if it was authorized. Being a small corporation, we have not audited the local phone bills as the total cost is very consistent. The billing has been there for the past six months. New Link Network bills through a third party billing company, ILD Telecommunications, Inc. The ILD operator was very courteous and has blocked 888-303-8674 from being added to our phone bill. Yes, he has been paid - what a mistake we made. He keeps promising them but he always needs just a little bit more of information.
