I thought I would order a surprise delivery of flowers for my wife so I went on to proflowers.com after hearing a lot of their advertisements on the radio. When I chose the flowers that I wanted, it tells you that your order is eligible for free shipping. I had billing issue with primus. Every month primus send me invoices of home phone which i never used. In fact my home phone is registered with some other company and i pay them every month. I called primus for more than 3-4 times after waiting for more than 30 mins each call. I also emailed them but after 3 months still my problem is unresolved. The customer service is most poor. Alwasys there is a call queue for more than 20 mins and when you call them they are absolutely making fool. Purchased this treadmill in April 2006 for about $700. Only used it about twice per week in the wintertime, when it was too cold outside to jog or bicycle. In October 2008, after it had sat idle unplugged since April, turned it on and it made a loud constant beeping noise and would no longer function. Contacted customer support and they said it sounded like the display was frozen. I sent everything to TMOBILE that was requried, including all the bar codes from the original box and they still say I'm missing information, but they have the actual box, so I can't reproduce it - just moved and can't find the copies I made, of course! This is the 2nd time TMOBILE pulled this on me though regarding a rebate - I think they are so full of it, they have it all figured out how not to give any money back on their updgrades and rebate offers. These guys are the worst of the worst. While they offer cheap shared hosting and a huge list of available features their customer service is abysmal. In fact I was told by the senior net admin.
