On October 1, 2008 I ordered two copper toe rings from SOS Magnetics on line company www.sosmagnetics.com The purchase was 22.85 plus shipping of 5.95 by USPS priority for a total of 22.85. My credit card was charged and subtracted from my account. I received a receipt for the purchase however, I have not received the two toe rings I ordered. I have been unsuccessful in having anyone from SOS Magnetics return my calls or e-mails. Their phone number is 215 815-4842 and the e-mail is akimia AT sosmagnetics.com ID for my order is 4085 and the Reference # is 4919-6816. Is this someting your association can help me with?

Help! A recorded message from Quick Phones keeps ringing my home phone number. I have tried to locate the source, but ended up talking to a guy in TX who says his company is not affiliated with the one that is harrassing Alabamians. He said that the harrassing company goes by quick-phones.com, but I am unable to find them anywhere, and the area BBB says that they are unable to help me unless I contact the company and let them know of the issue. read full review »

Came out to install garage door on shed. Two crews on two different days in the same week. There were a number of tools covered by a tarp in shed that were there when they started and missing when they were finished. The tarp had been carefully replaced so no one would notice theft.
Owner says "no way it was us" - but Chandler employee theft is only reasonable explanation. Premise is hidden from public access, guarded by dog, and Chandler employees were only contractors on site during the time period.

The date of this complaint is dated October 15th because that is the last time I received a response from their support center. This whole ordeal started back in March of 2008 when I lost the battery cover on the back of the unit. In order to fix this simple problem, they had me send the entire unit back to their repair center. Many responses and almost 8 months later, I still have not received my unit back. The above info is the company I dealt with. I purchased an Olympus Digital Camera on the above date and I have had to return it to their factory 3 times. Their policy is not to return it to the store (Staples). The camera worked fine for the first month and then it began not turning on. I then was told on all of the occasions to return it to the factory. It kept coming back in the same condition I sent it to them. I purchased a Simmons Beauty Rest cal king mattress from Easy Life furniture in Laguna hills and within 1 week of the delivery I reported a problem with the mattress as it was sagging and the pillow top was not holding it surface with the mattress base.
Easy life sent out a request to Integrated Bedding group and a very rude 'technician' of theirs came to inspect and based on his findings - IBG sent a letter that everything is fine with the mattress and nothing can be done.

Novi Insulation was the worst contractor I ever dealt within my life. Their crew damaged my driveway by backing up their utility trucks over a can of polyurethane foam which left gross tire tracks embedded into seven slabs of my my concrete driveway. I had to take them to small claims court just to recoup the $1700 worth of damage. I would not recommend them they were very difficult to work with and relay on the heavy use of immigrant labor who can barely speak English. read full review »

The return policy is not honored. The owner claims the return policy is 14 calendar days from the date of order, rather than business days. Since this is an internet company requiring shipping time to deliver/return merchandise, "calendar" days leaves little time to receive, try and return (if applicable) the item. This is deceptive given the means by which the transaction must be completed and contrary to typical business practices. Other online childrens clother sellers are far more customer service oriented with the same brand merchandise. Far less hassle choices. read full review »

This title company is either unbelievably corrupt or inept. When we closed on a house, the sellers insisted that Watson Title, FT Lauderdale be used to handle the closing. They were impossible to deal with. Well once i received my 'Collected Whispers' that was supposed to be Immortal Verses. I looked it up online and saw that many other people had received this book to. Apparently, ALL of their poems were published on the first page, and when i looked to see if their poems were in my book, they weren't. I also noticed that there were many 'Collected Whispers' throughout the years. These books are without a doubt a scam, that made me wish i never participated in this free contest. I had a postpaid mobile (9423113666) of bhandara dist., Maharastra and disconnected it 02 july 2007, but i have not get refund of what i had deposited as a security (std+security=1000+1000=2000 -13=Rs 1987 ) till date. BSNL office, Bhandara send me a letter that i would get the above amount on oct" 2007 but afterwarws there is noresponse from their end. I have send two letter also.

I am to inform the Phoenix Metropolitan area about my business experience with 1st Choice Moving & Storage. It was ABSOLUTELY HORRID say the least!
When I came into the office to set up for my move, I orginally wanted to schedule the move for October 17th and 18th from El Paso, TX, to Gilbert, AZ. They keep calling our phone 2-3 times a week. We have asked them to quit calling and for our number to be taken off of their list, they have told me on 2 occasions that they would do this. Every other time the person on the phone just hangs up on us. It is getting very annoying and we do not wish to get an attorny involved but we will do what is nessesary to resolve this.

Evidently, all they do is cash your check and hide.
I filed a complaint with their state's attorney general & BBB.

My phone, LG Shine, from AT&T has been dropping calls and turning off the phone by itself even though it is full of charge. When I try to call out, phone says that "CALL ENDS"...never rings, I can't even receive calls. I tried to call a same number 85 times before it finally connected me through.
All the data I had in my memory stick were gone even though I didn't erase them;

I have my Verizon land line temporary disconnected for 6 months in which I'm charge bare minimum.
My current Verizon Bill has a 19.30 charge from OAN Long Distance Services 1-800-944-0171. I did not give any approval for this service.
For years, I use my cell phone for long distance calling.
I called OAN and after a lot of ranting and raving on my part, they agreed to take off the charges. I am furious with OAN for getting me so upset. I wish to take this complaint further so other innocent people don't get taken like this. read full review »

Even considering that the new customer has a right to witdraw his purchase and get a refund, I should get my first commission payment (100$) already long time as the sale was made in August. ATT customer services has gone to the DOGS, I just left ATT repair cent in Hurst, TX where usually I get excellent service, I just don't like having to take time out of my day to return a phone for the fourth time, but it is worst when you're told that you returned the only once back in Aug. I was recently terminated from JB Hunt for being involved in an accident that was not my fault according to the police report. But JB fired me they stated that I was still under the 90 days. Who is ILD teleservices. I am your customer and you are billing me for this service I never ordered. Why would you ever bill me for someone else. Is this a con between Verizon and ILD teleservice?
You can come and take my phone out and my internet. I am not going to do business with someone who doesn't honor it customers.
