After purchasing a 90$ usb headset from rocketfish, it broke in about two weeks. The main structural piece connecting the two ear pieces to the headband, is 1/10 of a cm thick and made of rubber that tears. The ear pieces rip off the headset in less than a month. I gone the Indian Acres for every year for many years to enjoy there haunted ride and corn maze. It is usually an awesome place to go thus why I went every year. Bad Customer Service Relationship. I called VonAge to disconnect their service since I was having an issue with internet bandwidth. I do understand VoIP market is very competitive, but the customer service representative doesn't let me go. It took more than 25 minutes to unsubscribe to their phone service including putting me on hold 3 times saying their system is very slow. Flora Painting Group was paid in full for the job... but the downstairs ceilings were never completed. The owner promised they would come back and complete the work. After you sing you start getting call from them offering you to upgrade your membership but keep the fact that if you cancel you wont get your money back. I cannot even begin to describe the hassles that I have been through with Dell. I had a problem with an XPS, and was sent the wrong parts. Not to mention that noone in technical support seems to understand or is fluent in English. I was a patient of Dr. Crumpley's who paid $75 cash for a temporary retainer which ultimately did not fit my mouth. In an effort to make it fit, the hygenist took a torch to the plastic. This in turn mis-shaped the retainer making it impossible to put in my mouth. Bought this at Smart & Final several months ago and first had occasion to use it this past week. Performance generally satisfactory, but the ratchet mechanism is so flimsy that use of a stiff mixture can bend or break teeth, rendering the device inoperable. My past experience with caulking guns (same mechanism) tells me that the designers didn't actually test it for use with the normal range of baking & pastry products. It's a shame, because the brand name is well regarded, and this product does not live up to expectations. While with my family in the local store a drill in its case fell from the top of a storage shelf inches from hitting myself and child. A store employee was willing to help and talk with the manager that was on that particular shift that day but after talking with the manager he/she then sent that employee back to appologize. I never saw the manager or did she/he show any concern about the issue. I feel that the manager should have a least physically made an appearance to address my concern. They charge my credit card every month for services I have not authorized. Trying to let a domain name be manually renewed rather than automatically renewed is an absolute nightmare.
