We hired the company Mcguire's to move furniture to Denver. They said they had to wait for a move from Denver to happen. It fell through, so they sat on our furniture for over 4 months waiting with many calls from us to get the job done. Meanwhile, the name of the company changed to Your Best Move. Lingo (VOIP phone service company) has changed the contract term from 12 months to 24 months and contract breach penalty from $59.95 to $99.95 in mid term for all customers by just giving 3 business day notice. In March 2008, I took my 1997 Chevy truck into Express Oil in Leeds, Al for a simple oil change. Upon completion, the truck would not start. Yesterday, at Chaparral most of the sand tire sets had the prices inked out. I found one set with the price at $208.90. When I went to buy them, the employee told me it was $249.00. When I showed him the price clearly marked on the cardboard cover, he told me no, that was for a cheaper rim. I was so mad that I left the $65.00 worth of other merchandise that I had planned to buy. Reckitt Benckiser the maker of Woolite. Does not accept Consumer's concern with their products. Example: Using an opaque (Black Cap) is useless as a measuring cup since its difficult to see the Woolite required level for the washing size being used. Excess Woolite generates excess foaming and requires additional cleaning cycles, which wastes water. How can this be improved to save water & Woolite plus improve the correct amount per each wash. I purchased a pair of Sennheiser earphones and was not allowed to try them on or try a demo pair, which the salesman stated was for hygiene reasons. They were $160 plus tax. When I went home and tried the headphones, they were incredibly uncomfortable. In order to have the sound-blocking qualities the salesman had claimed they have, they had to be inserted deeply into the ears, resulting in an intrusive poking sensation. I purchased an Elite model 9500 and had to have it replaced under warranty because the on/off button fell out. The replacement I was sent was the R710. My son paid for an airsoft gun online. It was broken when it arrived. We emailed and they tried to tell us how to repair ourselves. It didn't work. I purchased a serveral-year abandoned house. Yes, it needed a lot of help.
