I am searching for other consumers with my same complaint. Yellow Book got me to do ads with them and told me I could cancel prior to the ads running. He did rough drafts, I gave him a downpayment. The sales folks did a Kirby demo and did a hard sale with different levels of managers talking to me on the phone and coming in the house. I did purchase the new Kirby and they left with the extra shampoo they promised and did not ever send me the years supply of vacuum cleaner bags. I tried to return an item that was packaged in a way that it had to be torn open and couldn't be repackaged. It was the workings of a clock that I needed to try and see if it would fit. It didn't.
