In January of 2007, I had an Ansul system installed in the kitchen of my bar/restaurant by Northland Fire. My old dry chemical system was outdated and I was told it might not put out a fire. My complaint is that AT&T is charging me for services I requested to discontinue within the fifteen day period allowed in their terms and conditions. I request service on the 7th of July and did not receive service until the 22nd of July. I purchased a RCA TV, Model 20F424T, on Feb, 2008 by July 2008 it just stopped working, the power won't come on. I called the toll free number @ RCA; I was told that they would replace the unit for an exchange fee of $74.00. This is half of the original purchase price of $149.96 plus tax. Tata AIG people have issued mediclaim policices for my parents.Payment has been made it through a credit card. They have taken 3 policy amount(20, 111) and issued only 2 policy of my parents name. They offer a $100 gift card for completion of trial memberships for certain products/services. A DISNEY book club was one of the trials. Judith from Destination Movers, was the one who called me and followed up with me on my move. Since I travel a lot I did not have real good time on hand for this Cross Country move. This company collects additional money for service and repairs and leaves their customers hanging. Have had repeated phone problems on three different numbers over 5 year period. For the first three years calling monthly about noise on the line. These phone cards have a very bad connection quality. The connection is so poor that sometimes the calls dont connect but your card is charged regardless. I called their customer service number but they said there was no action they could take to compensate me for wasted cards. I purchased an Olumpus Stylus 770 (Bronze) digital camera from Goodguysphoto.com in March 2008. The camera I received was a different model than what I ordered online and they basically laughed at me when I wanted return it and receive the correct model saying it was discontinued and not available - even though they advertise it. Also, the price they charged me for the model I did receive was way higher that what they were advertising it for.
