I planned to move my 1 bedroom apartment with this company a month ago. They promised to be on time and had my debit card no as confirmation. I purchased a peticure elite on 5/13/2008 and did not receive the product until 7/14/2008. After receiving the product I charged the battery as per instructions and went to use it and it quit and does not work. It is made in china and is of very poor quality. On 23July08 I went to Walgreens at 7910 Fountain Mesa RD, Fountain, CO #719-382-0427 I filled a prescription for 20 tablets of hydrocodone in preparation for surgery on the 30th. As I did not need the meds right away I put the package up. I took 2 tablets on the 30th after my surgery. I then took 2 tablets during the day of the 31st and that is when I noticed that there were only 6 tablets left. 6+4=10. Had been pestered to renew my Norton antivirus which I did know was to expire soon. Had attempted to do it once, but had to update credit card info, and apparently didn't complete the transaction. Another reminder, and renewed, but it really wasn't the same site, because now I have found the charge from this company on my credit card bill and am still being told my norton anti virus has not been renewed. I had to use my credit card to activate a 3-month gift card for this company. They listed numerous books as "available" which would be shipped in days, however one of the books I selected wasn't available. They wouldn't send the two others that were. I attended a 'Passion Party' in April 2005, which was hosted by an independent consultant. I paid for the items in cash because the consultant did not accept credit cards. I am registering this complaint under frustration on the services available from BSNL telecommunications. I have applied for a broadband connection at my nearest service provider(vaniyamkulam BSNL exchange) For a broad band connection for about six or more months. I haven't yet received a connection. I applied for AT-T U-verse service twice in a 2 month period. Despite a good-very good credit rating from all 3 credit bureau's, having a mortgage, credit cards, and a cell phone through AT&T for years, I was denied on the grounds of my credit worthiness.
