I paid them (butterfly) 49.95 to have unlimited access to movies, t.v. shows, games etc. I haven't been able to watch or download anything. I took a WLL connection (No. 044 29780183) on 3rd Mar 2008, mainly for internet. Till now I didn't get the internet. Whenever I asked them, they are saying modem is not available. The plan I'm in is a Combi Plan which has an unlimited internet access with some free cols. It's their mistake of not providing modem for such a long time. My many inquiries have gone straight to voicemail and the email address in the voicemail has returned no answer in over a week. I have had hughesnet for about 3 months. I am sick to my stomach. I bought the pro package that says I would be getting up to 1000 down and 200 up on downloads. I have not recieved the rebate. It has been three months now. I DID do exactly as the paperwork requested. Last time I checked the rebate process it told me it was processing. Today I checked it and it says no rebate on file/could by found either by the phone number or by my name. What gives?
