We booked a vacation to mexico several months ago, and the travel agency charged us for an ocean front room.
We paid approximately $700 more than the normal price. As soon as we arrived we ended up getting some room that showed just the forest. This was the so called ocean front view.
They booked us on signature vacations, who said there was nothing they could do becuase the flight centre lied to us about the ocean front rooms
We have sent numerous letters, but they just ignored us.
DO NOT BOOK YOUR TRAVEL WITH FLIGHT CENTRE THEY ARE A BUNCH OF LIARS AND THIEVES AND ONCE YOU PAY THEY WILL NOT EVEN ADDRESS YOUR COMPLAINT read full review »

I was very dissapointed when we arrived in Green Point at Casacades to find that it's an old run down building. I mentioned to the person who checked me in that this is not what I wanted and he said he can't help I need to speak to Lizarn. 2 hours later she finally gave me a call. I phoned her back on her cell but she never even bothered to give me a ring back.

upon checking out i was told my deposit would be credited back to my account before i walked out the door, and i shouldnt worry about it. now that seemed strange that they would have to tell me not to worry. the next day i checked my bank account for a pending deposit from the hotel and it was not there. i called my bank and they had nothing from the hotel. i called the hotel back and they said they did it this morning and i bank was in the wrong. now it is only a hundred dollars but it is my hundred dollars. i have a reciept stating my deposit would be credited. is this legal. i think not. read full review »

I have written 3 times to Air Asia customer service regarding the flights (code S7RULE) of my father (Jean-Claude FILIPPI) and mother (Laurette FILIPPI).
They were supposed to fly to Asia last summer but few days before departure, my father had a brain aneurism.

This hotel refused to give my husband and I a room, not once but twice. I called the "Customer Service" Number for Days Inn, and Flo told me that their was nothing that she could do it was up to the hotel managment. The manager, told me that if I have a complaint to call "Obama at the White House" because he can refuse service to any "american woman" he wants too, because that is his right. "Customer Service" told me that there is "nothing that she or anyone at the home office can do but send the complaint back to the manager." That was who started this whole mess. We booked a cruise on Royal Caribbean's Enchantment of the Seas for our 25th wedding anniversary. The cruise left from Baltimore for a tour of New England and Canada in October 2010. Our family has been going to Peublo Bonito for the last few years on vacation and decided to buy a time share during our last vacation there in December 2010. We were told we were purchasing a "premier" package, which included a 2 bedroom unit 2 weeks per year, every year, with 5 bonus weeks for signing on.We were even shown a representative two bedroom unit, and were told this is representative of the units we would be able to stay in.

Purchased a one way ticket on Mon, price changed on Tues by $60. cheaper, they will not do anything for you..their policy is to refund the difference ... IF...someone else purchases a ticket for the same day, same flight & also would have to be a oneway ticket... too many "IF's"

My family and I stayed at the Dolphin Resort from December 16th -22nd, leaving the 22nd. We had a few room issues. The first day, I had forgotten my laptop in the car. After two hours of listening to lies, I ended with a bunch of papers, one of which says complete package, promoting among other things two free nights of hotel stay and $30 in Diner certificate. I'm not really complaining I hope this is also welcome here. My experience with VIP Travel wasn't bad, in fact it was rather satisfying. I had two promotions from VIP, one for FLY USA, which was for 2 round trip tickets for 2 adults anywhere in the US, and one was for a 7 day car rental. I boarded a flight on us air on 1/2, to Dallas from NY. The flight had major delays by the airline. Late check in that completed almost one hour after boarding time. Two prisoners which they did not know what to do and created more delays. Overbooking the flight which caused more delays. As a result of the delays connecting flights were missed.
