Hello There, I am Chandra Sahu travelled with my family from Chennai (MAA) to Charlotte (CLT) on 6th September 2010 with following airlines EY 269 MAA - AUH EY 151 AUH - ORD AA 4111 ORD - CLT When I landed in CLT, one of my suitcase was broken completely and I did n't find any airway authority to lodge complain at the CLT airport because it was late in the night. 2nd thing when I reached home and opended the suitcase found few items are missing. I am extremely dissatisfied and highly upset with the treatment of my 9 month old Pug Puppy - Puggles in Cape Town. We flew on Mango down to Cape Town, Friday the 7th August on JE143. Staff did not adhere to the "customer is always right rule" Manager had nothing better to do than to tell us you can't jump in pool, you cant keep you wet towels/bathing suit on lounge chair, you cant play ball, you cant use that bbq...The rooms were spacious but the sheets had blood stains and hair on them. I took the membership last year by paying 50K. These guys are cheating people for so many years and nothings has been done against them. It was my fault as well because I believed them. I regret visiting them at their MG Road office, Pune and associated with them. I still remember the faces and names of all those people who were involved in this crime. My parent and I attended one of their tours last 4 days. Everything went smoothly. However, when I got back and checked my banking account. I found out that Radisson (SFO) charged me $16.83 for no reason. (which should be all included in the package) What's more absurd is today's call. She called me and asked me for admission. The hotel is infested with mice and bugs and we were unable to sleep and had to move rooms at 4:30am. I was bitten by bed bugs with red welts on arms and legs. The manager would not call me back to resolve the situation or refund. She lied and claimed we had invested the entire story when I found other hotel review that there were mice in the hotel and bugs. She is unprofessional and would not refund money. I could not stand my plane ride back to Worcester from Myrtle Beach with Falcon Air. To start, the plane was delayed for two hours and then when I finally got on the plane, it was absolutely filthy. I mean it smelled horrible, there was stickiness everywhere, gum stuck all over the place. It was disgusting. Then, my carry on luggage was forced to be put under the plane and not in the overhead. I booked a four-night stay at the Manchester Grand Hyatt in San Diego through their web site. I thought that the price advertised per night was set, but when I arrived and had my debit/credit card swiped I was informed that I would be paying an extra $200 "for incidentals, " In case I decided to park (I didn't have a car), or to buy anything from my hotel room. Mexicana is filing for bankruptcy and I'd avoid them until things get sorted out. They changed flight times on me, making a connection (with them) impossible. It took hours to finally sort things out. The actual flight was brutal. As we arrived at the gate they announced the plane would be stopping in Tijuana for refueling. this made no sense except maybe they couldn't buy fuel in the US and needed to do it in Mexico. When I contacted Vacasa about this rental I told them I was looking for a 5 night stay, from Monday through Friday. I was quoted a price of $440 for the time I requested. I then did the math and said it was a good price at less than $90/night. The reservation agent agreed with me. He said nothing about the price being anything more than that. I made a reservation at the Yatel Motel for the first weekend in July. I was informed when making the reservation that they had a 48 hour cancellation policy. I became sick and couldn't make the trip so I called 54 hours ahead of time to cancel. I spoke to a man who took my cancellation and when I asked if If there was anything else I needed to do, he said no. Much to my surprise they debited my checking account for $69.12. When I protested the charge with my bank - they said that if I had canceled, I would have a cancellation number. But he never gave me one(on purpose?) These people are crooks. These people are frauds. If you book a room on their website it says they won't charge your card until you check out. Just need a credit card to hold the room. The website also says that you can cancel a reservation. However, once you give the card and hit submit, when the confirmation page comes up it says there are no cancellations. They charge your card immediately for the full amount of the stay and won't refund your money. Rooms are filthy and small. I have filed a complaint with attorney general. BBB gives them F rating. I had booked at Umdloti Resort for a weekend (4th September to 7th September) and our reservation was confirmed two weeks before we went to the resort. the room number we were confirmed at was 809, however when checking in we were given keys to room 808, we queried this but the security guard assured us that the rooms were the same and there was no problem. When I unpacked my suitcase this morning I noticed that someone has gone through my luggage and my Safari perfume is missing. We bought 2 round trip tickets - Denver to Bangalore - return Hyderabad to Washington DC. Raj (a fraud, cheat) told me that they would not accept credit card and I have to deposit the money in their Chase Bank account, I received an e-mail from Vijay (another cheat) with routing number and the account number. On 08/21/2010 I arrived at The Coral Costa Caribe resort, Dominican Republic rated as a Three star by CheapCarribean.com. We flew from Singapore to Phuket for vacation on 26 August and while we were on vacation, Tiger Airways decided to cancel our return flight on 30 August. They will not pay for the extra night of hotel that we have to extend, no assistance in regards to flights, and customer service was SMUG about how they will offer no assistance. I am totally disgusted with Tiger Airlines. Went to Col airport for my flight to Melb.and was told my flight was cancelled, no intention of letting me know before hand. Not good enough.
