JetStar is a waste of time and money. My wife and daughter are flying to Sydney out of Avalon today. We booked the flight to coincide with my daughters nap time (she's 16 months old). The flight has been delayed by an hour. The attendant at the check in said "That's not very long, they're normally 3-4 hours late!" My wife asked why there wasn't a late notification, the reply; "Oh, an hour isn't late enough for notifications". An hour is a long time with a cranky kid. Caribbean Airlines has ruined my wedding. On June 30th, 2009, as I was going to pay the remainder of the balanced owed on my wedding party's tickets, Caribbean Airlines denied that my reservation for $397.10 per person traveling August 13th through the 18th exist. Despite the fact that I made a deposit of $1058.00 dollars toward the ticket reservations on March 28th. My wedding is on August 16th 2009. We gave Emirats air our baby stroler at the start of our trip back to the states when we got to Dubai airport thay told us we will get it in NY JFK when we got to NY we filed a missing baggage claim after we could not find our stroler. We called and called and called, all Emirats reps can tell us is I am sorry and give us a bogus number that no one ansers. I have been leaving messages on this # since Aug 28 and no one will call back. This travel company cheating Indian hardworking students. They charges more compare to others and after paying money does not give any reply. Don't reply your problem or quiry. If you force start abusing. That's same for Indian in Australia making money from students. My advice is never book ticket from this agent even if they provide free ticket. We were in Mazatlan in April and also went to the presentation. The people are very freindly and informative. They have lots of information on this project and are very excited about it. They guarantee to rent your suite for the first five years and to sell your "other" timeshare if you have one at a very good price. Ibooked a 1 night stay on 8/22/09 and was charged for 4 nights because there cleaning supervisor said we were there and she said she cleaned the room every morning for 4 days. Me and my wife stayed for 1 night and left the next morning, we didnt leave anything in the room except for the 2 key cards both were laying out on the desk when we left after 1 night, NOT 4 NIGHTS.I spoke with the manager and the guest services manager and neither one would let me talk, they are very rude and very unprofessional. We book a room 2 months ahead of time for mid September for Friday and Saturday and told them we were AAA members. (off season) They said fine and told us they had no regular rooms for the weekend. We booked a suite for 99.00. We had a group of 8 people thus 8 rooms. They would not give us our AAA rate because my wife did not have her card on her. I made a reservation at this hotel TWO MONTHS in advance and even confirmed my reservation the day before my arrival. The staff at the front desk when I arrived did not say a word and acted as if everything was okay as they sent me to a room. While vacationing at a Marriott, 2 teenage boys climbed up to our second floor room and entered via the balcony. They stole numerous items, including ipods, nintedos DSI's, games, cameras, headphones, and liquor. Although their parents made them return our stuff and remained anonymous, th kids kept some stuff and returned our other things in poor condidtion! Marriott is not offering to help in any way and is being stingy about giving us a new holiday even! I had called them and they told me that i signed up when i had taken my trip... I get to the place I'm staying and look online, where it was clearly stated, file a complaint at the airport where your bag was damaged. After a seventeen hour drive with our small grandkids to Florida, we reach the hotel and to our surprise they had not been paid and we had to pay for the stay again. An antique table got broke during the messing. I stayed at this hotel and this hotel is out of character. The rooms are extremely to small. they advertise spacious rooms and there the size of the bathroom in my house. The housekeeping staff try there best but everytime I ask for things they never have anything. The General Manager is rude and needs some training on talking to his staff. I was browsing the hotel and they do not have any fire safety eqipment. When you take a shower the fire alarm comes on and they rush to make sure the fore depatment doesnt come and inspect.
