Repair Tech is a fake extended warranty company, the employees refude to give their real names or last names, managers are always in meetings and their systems are down, cant locate any repair places, never return calls or emails, leave you on hold for 25 to 45 minutes, then hang up on you. They will give you a claim number, but that is as far as it goes. They do not reimburse any repairs or authorize any repairs. The first time she called my cell phone and said she was "Regina" from Publishers Sweepstakes and that she got my number from one of my credit cards or banking institutions, which I know due to privacy laws is wrong. I have been getting a $15.25 charge on my phone bill every month for 6 months for a SURVIVAL KIT-SBO ONLINE. The charge is billed on my AT&T phone bill. The charge is billed through Enhanced Billing Services (EBS). They said we signed up via the internet for "additional health insurance" in July 2007. I went to find free games online, I stumbled upon iwin.com and searched their catalog of free games. I downloaded a game and thanks to AVG (my virus protector), I was alarmed to find that the 'free' trial game I had downloaded also came equipped with a Trojan virus. We bought a Golden’s Gym 450 Treadmill and a 3 year Extended Service Plan with it. They suppose to deliver the paperwork via email but we never got it. Be aware that WALMART.COM doesn’t have a phone costumer service anymore. You have to deal with them via email.
