I submitted two rebates to BroadbandOffers.com in the amount of $30 and $49.95. Their mailing address is: P.O. Box 8251 Wixom, MI 48393-8251 Broad Band Offers sent me a letter stating that I did not include a copy of the rebate form. That afternoon, I completed the two rebate forms and mailed them to the address given. It has been almost four months and I have not received payment of either of the rebates. I placed an order with this company on January 12, 2007. I have not received the order as on today February 5, 2007. Their website states that the order was shipped, but no tracking information is available. They do not respond to emails or telephone calls. I believe they are taking orders with no intention of sending the merchandise. They charged the order against my credit card.
