It is unacceptable how many incompetent people are employed at the Cell C call centers!! My cell was in for repairs twice both times ranging from 6 to 8 weeks to be repaired for the same problems experienced the first time it was sent in. I pay monthly for the insurance cover and finally after 2 weeks of being on the phone to various Cell C operators I finally got a loan phone which was delivered to my office and my existing Cell Phone taken in for repairs at the same time. Every time the Repo Rate change to a down I must first phone SA Home Loans before they change my monthly installment and everytime they do have this mega excuse. How many Home Owners do they cheat. If they stay on the same monthly installment for a month I am sure they make a few bucks illegaly. I would like to complain about services provided by the company Grindrod Travel, in particular by their Johannesburg office. A simple request to please provide a quote for a 3 nights stay in Kruger National Park gave no response within a week. I have been to Key Pinetown to have my rear brakes replaced in march 2010. The drums were skimmed and new linings were put in. But i have been having a problem ever since, Apparently Key Pinetown uses a sub contracting company called Brakewell to repare and replace braking systems on all vehicles sent to them.
