I brought my wife in due to a accident she had at work on 16/1/2010. The Mail Service Centre where she work could not complete a I.O.D. form due to their own stupidity. I pay a Monthly Levy to CSi Property Management of R 468.93. I was late with my December 2009 Levy so I was charged R 5.85 Interest on Arrears. I duly Paid this Interest because I was late. I received a call from Bennet and Associates stating that I owe Bodylad for a gym contract. I never signed a contarct with Bodylab, however I did go to bodylad in 2003/4 to enquire about their services. The consultant who was expalining the details to me then asked for my details and we agreed that when I am ready, I will come to sign the contract which I never did. It is far to easy to get blacklisted in South Africa, all you have to do is go to the court and make an accusation against someone. Just a summons, whether you go to court or not is enough for ITC to blacklist . It is disgusting and should be stopped. I was issued a summons by a former employer, the matter never went to court yet ITC can still list you for a default judgement even though the matter was never finalised in court. So if there is someone you do not like then simply fill out an application for default judgement and that is it, this is all you need. This should be illegal and stopped. read full review »
