2 years ago we purchased a samsung refridgerator. A couple of weeks ago we came home and the refridge was not working. We contacted Samsung and they refered us to A & E Services. I have been taking my car to Sears for a couple of years. The slow Customer Service has been getting worse each time. Today when I went to pick up my car, there were 12 people on line to see ONE Customer Rep.
