I purchased 4 ink cartridges from them for my mother who lives in another city from me. I later found out from my mother that 3 of the cartridges did not work at all and the 4th only was 53% full when it finally started working. I contacted InkMyJets.com using their protocol (e-mail) three times asking for a refund. They have ignored me so far. I am a former employee of the Picture Me Portrait Studio in Redmond Oregon. CPI Corporation is THE WORST company to work for. They over charge customers AND associates for the portraits and CD's. Avoid this place! I placed an order and got confirmation for shipping via USPS. Shipment never arrived and when I looked it up on the USPS website it said only the "info" TO ship was received. It went on for weeks and weeks - I wrote them and they never, ever answered. I sent in my laptop over a month ago and didn't hear anything until a week ago when they sent me an email knocking back the price $100 and yet I still haven't seen the check they claim to have sent. I ordered patio furniture for a wedding that is scheduled to take place this weekend. The order date was the first week of February. Today is June 8th. It has been OVER 4 months. On December 11th of 2009, I ordered a Nautica coat with an expected ship date of December 28th - January 4th. I tried to buy ammo from this company about a year ago. I waited and waited (weeks turned into months) for my ammo and never was contacted by the company! Living in Alaska, this sort of thing happens so I contacted them. They told me the issue would be resolved and the ammo would be shipped. Ordered beginning of August, waited forever for a tracking number. I know shipping takes long and that's how these websites can sell for cheaper, but this was ridiculous. They say it takes 10-14 business days to arrive.
