I am terminating my property management agreement with Nachman. They send repair work to family members at inflated rates, they do not conduct required inspections, and they consistently ask me to do simple tasks (like keeping the power and water on between renters) that are clearly property management responsibilities. Beware of signing a contract with LIBERY POWER, they have a tiny clause in the contract that says, it may take several months for the rate to apply. They sign you up for a year or two under the gise of a great rate, then in those couple of months that it may take for the rate to take apply they charge an out of site rate. Ordered product from Medi-Spa which was never received. Checked credit card statement after 1 week. No charge for product, but noticed that my credit card info had been stolen by someone who had made large charges (later Medi-Spa charge did show up on my credit card - took them over 1 week to put the charge through). When the book arrived I looked at it and the book was not as represented. I returned it on January 11 in the manner in which it was sent to my office. For the past two weeks my internet speed has been very slow..I have the 6 Mb service which i only get about 1 Mbto 3 Mb from time to time. PayPal is a really bad company that dosen't do what they were set up to do. They don't protect the buyer from fraudulent sellers in any way. They seem to be working for the con artists or sellers instead. I have contacted them after an item was returned for a refund and I didn't receive one. They told me that they couldn't do anything for me that I would have to contact my bank. I did but the bank said it was their responsibility to fix the problem and not theirs.If PayPal dosen't fix this kind of thing then why do they exist? I had Duct Doctors in The Colony, Texas come to my house in January, 2010. They promised a substantial savings in my electric bill by adding insulation and also recommended duct cleaning. I had both done. Their incompetence has caused About $20, 000.00 in damage to my house and heating/a/c systems.
