This grill caught fire behind control panel where the control valves are located destroying all of the ignitor wires. If I had not been standing next to this grill it would have burned out of control. It was about 3 weeks past the warranty expiration. My mother previously paid the outstanding by cheque, however they made a mistake... and never say why and what and how... the credit account shown a insufficient fund for the payment. They admitted is their mistake and told me that has fixed the problem already. My mom is now still recieving letter from them showing an outstanding due to that event and recieving calls from credit department in very rude tone. I am trying to get some satisfaction after having numerous repairs on this gas range and now the oven door is warped and will not shut! Unbelievable, just was on hold for 20 min. with their call center and was told there are 3 call centers, so nearly impossible to get the same person I talked to last week, even though she gave me her extension. My disabled son and I both had our name on the Carroll Elec. account for the house we own together. He has lived there alone for 2.5 yrs. NOTHING is worth the grief XM radio subjects its customers to. XM has a very creative billing procedure. You'll get random bills for a variety of packages you don't want in time increments that don't make sense. Their billing statements are obtuse and purposefully obfuscatory. Last year I had to have my credit card company handle the dispute. Here's my advice. Buy an iPod and get your own podcasts and music. He charges about 3-5, 000 just to be eligible to recieve the information which he gives over the phone. We have been charged since October 2009 for "The RecipeSquad". First of all I have never heard of it until I noticed it on my Verizon Bill. They did forward everything to me that they said I enrolled. I did not enroll. I am an old lady on a fixed income and have 1000's of recipes. I called and ordered the book it was not what it was projected to be it only had information that you could get anywhere I could write a book with more information than what I received. I turned down the news letter but okayed information on grants for the state of kansas and it was supposed to be only 29.oo which was sent by email no shipping. We ordered a boxed set of Northern Exposure seasons 1-6 from this company. We received the dvd's in about 3 weeks. We were suprised when they came in paper wrappers inside VHS tape boxes. We received 35 discs. The first one started out as usually, being able to choose episodes, etc. However, the first dvd froze up; second one same thing. Twice, novelbox.com overcharged me on a published price on their website and is again, making me wait a month to receive a measly $4 refund. The second time, I personally spoke with the owner, Moshe, who assured me, that if I took the back-order, that he would honor the published price. It has been almost a month now, and I have left a message, written two emails, and finally said, if you don't issue the refund, I'm charging it back. My wife recently sent out a FedEx envelope on our business account and the airbill was plainly marked that it was a FedEx envelope and that it weighed 3ozs. When we were invoiced for it FedEx overcharged us and indicated on the invoice that it was sent by "Customer Packaging" and it weighed 1.0lbs, 0.5kgs. When I contacted Customer Service they were not at all interested in our discussion and simply stated that our package was audited and therefore we were wrong. I hired this company, Kings Realty in Brandon, Florida to manage /rent out my house which was only a year old and in mint condition. I had to move out of state for my job. They sent me a completely bogus bill for over $3000 for repairs. Changed all the light bulbs, fixed things that were not broken. Our company has done several jobs for NBS. They required their contractors to sumbmitt a lot of paperwork with store stamps ect as well as REQUIRE you mail the origionals. They also were taking 2 + months to pay. Now after calling to inquire about past due payments and being assured it was all sumbmitted and being processed they do not answer the phone. First at less than 300 miles the shiter assmy. came off bike while I was on highway. I had to reach down and grab rod and jockey shift bike to a safe location.
