I sent a payment to my sons account on August 17, 2010. Two days later the payment still did not show. I emailed them and recieved an acknowledgement email saying they received my email and would contact me in 24 hours. That was on a Friday. This highly dishonest site claims to ship only authentic shoes displayed on their site. However the shoes I received were not authentic, but instead were a completely different pair that I did not even order. Instead of helpful caring customer service I was ignored and denied a refund or even an exchange even though their site and personnel were at fault. On May 15th, Kates Cleaners lost a piece of very expensive clothing of mine. When I reported it, they told me that they would look for it and if not found would reimburse me for the item. Signed up for a "trial" that was supposed to cost about $2.50 because a charge of $99.96 for each item was supposed to be returned by rebate. Within a week I tried to cancel my "trial" and return the products. They said I couldn't because I hadn't signed up for the trial program but the "rebate program" instead. I rented a car from Alamo from July 9-12, in Billings, MT. A week later I received a call from Amy Davis stating the windshield was cracked when the car was returned. I purchased a $3000 ring for my wife with a 1/2 karate center diamond. When I proposed to my wife, the same night, she noticed a line in it. We looked and it was a definite crack. They have very high prices and some rude and impatient people. When you open up a credit account with them and you start making partial payments like $25 per month, they make it overdue, they place your account on hold and make you have to pay them directly for the 2 orders, so by the time you have no supplies and you pay off your balance you cannot do another order using credit. I am getting tired of them, they monitor your phone calls without your permission. They give me the run around with finding products. This company thinks that when they represent you for a temporary position, that you are not allowed to go on other permanent employer interviews. If you do, you have to give 3 days notice, go on your own lunch hour, or before and after your temp job. When I contacted them about another opportunity, they completely dropped me because of a misunderstanding when I wouldn't take a temp job on their terms listed above. I got lazy and sloppy; tried a mastecard from a grocery store a couple blocks away, instead of re-loading a visa card at walmart a couple miles away. I'd buy cheap dvds off amazon, make sure to count the sale and postage---but the final sale wouldn't go through; amazon would e-mail about, seemingly, not enough money on the card. I purchased a Bragada California King topper... Received it and put it on the bed to find out it was a King. Upon calling the company they said they could not take it back because of health issues? Other mastress companies let you try out beds for 6) months with return policy. I contacted customer service about the size and per there records they say they shipped me the correct size.. This is a scam, after filing out your info to accesss their job listing board, they will text you a number to use as a PIN number on their website. Actually, you are signing up for a $9.95 a month service to send you a text saying that you IQ is higher than average, which I found rather ironic considering how stupid I felt after falling for this scam. I was sued by this doctor for libel only becasuse he had the money to do it, thankfully I was defended by an excellent lawyer Debby Schlussel. Motion Cars of Swindon UK may look above- average as second-hand car dealers go. They have a slick website and polite enough sales manner. Once I had paid it evaporated into eternal lunch-breaks and "He'll call you back" unreachability though. I ordered a beach chair a week ago and have not received it. I call the customer service line and it states there are zero customer service agents to take your call. I called 1-888-40-beach. I also payed $15.00 dollars for shipping handling. The beach chair was not cheap either. I will never order from them again. I want to be able to go to my pool before the summer ends. It is hard to find a beach chair in the beginning of August...that is why I ordered the chair online. I have been going thru a difficult time since losing my roommate and have been trying to get US Bank to work with me for a couple of months to lower my credit card payment from $225.00 t $175.00.
