I inquired about working at home and Chase Morgan Marketing contacted me about business opertunities at home and i agreed to be charged ONLY $4.95 and now i get a statement from my bank stating that they have taken out $87.42 from my account. I live from week to week and can not spare $87.42 for nothing. It caused my account to go into the negative balance and charging me another $30.00 for insufficent funds. I tried calling the number that the bank has onthem and it is also the number here on line and to my suprise no one is answering. 302-397-2536. I’ve had my 2005 Malibu since 2006, and have had nothing but problems with the front headlights and turn signals. I have replaced the bulbs multiple times and the entire assemblies once at the cost of $500. I’ve taken the car to the dealer and several other repair shops, spent lots of money…but to no avail! Bought a couch a year ago and the warranty for $69.99. Used the cleaning solution on an off white linen couch; (followed the directions on the box)as the solution dried it left a orange ring on the couch. I tested in an area where there was no spot and it did the same thing. I called for AAA Appliance Service 7.1.2010, to come out and fix my washing machine it would not spin and was leaking water. A service representive from AAA Appliance Service came out and looked at the
problem.
He then gave me an estimate of $195.00, with a $20.00 discount, which then made the totall bill $175.00.
He said he found the problem, it was a wire that had come loose, he tightened the wire with his fingers, it took him 5 seconds at the most. His report said "Found and fixed bad conection in safety system".

On July 23, 2010 I tried to pay my bill online for the first time. I enetered all of my account information and recieved a confirmation number for my $4.36 payment. On August 2nd I recieved notice in the mail that the account number enetered was incorrect. I was unable to pay my bill online or by phone due to a 60 day hold on my account. Absolute RIPOFF - Everyone makes mistakes and this one cost me $4500. --- usdatacorporation.com cannot be trusted. They claim to have sent out 400, 000 emails for our company and we received not one call, bounce back, complaint, email log in to our site. Clearly the email was never sent. The run around is that they sent the emails and they show us a report showing a couple thousand clicks... nothing to show who clicked etc. We had a dedicated phone line and not a single call came through. Do Not Hire Eric "Rick" Michael" doing business as Mid-America Construction Company of Herrick Illinois.
He will not stand behind his work. Mid-America Construction had no Illinois license to roof when the roofed my business last summer. They presented a false license number. When it didn't pan out, he said they were working as a different company and this other guy had the required license. By now the roof is half off.

My son purchased a vehicle on July 19, 2010 form a private owner. That owner had the A/C serviced by Sun Devil on July 10, 2010 The A/C stopped working on July 30, 2010 so my son brought it back to Sun Devil for repair. He had a copy of the receipt from the previous owner which stated a 90 Warranty on the work. They would not honor the warrenty since the vehicle had changed owners. I could not order on line. The site kept telling me that I needed to place my order by phone. I finally called, and when I wanted to use American Express, I was told that their server for AMEX was down. They wanted VISA. With VISA you have no recourse. With AMEX, they will refund you, and collect from them. I think AMEX has probably revoked their vendor agreement. I think XLPharmacy is a scam. They even wanted my checking information. This company is a "FRONT" and FRAUD. Mr Eugene Allen is DISHONEST and lies, provides FALSE pickup information and then gets offended when you call him on his own emails, quotes. He blocks phone numbers as soon as you send funds; He blocks emails once you are past the contracted "window" for pick up. Basically you have no way of contacting company, once funds are sent.

Had a terrible experience with the GAP/GPP coverage we purchased on our new car. My wife & I still owe $240 after my insurance and GAP coverage paid. So, although we were told it would pay everything, it didnt. I was quoted fine print in all the various contracts and told they paid everything the were supposed to. I called them and they told me that there was a 5 day trial period clearly started on the electronic info I read and signed and I said I do not remember seeing anything like that I would have certainly remembered seeing that you were going to charge me 139.95 after 5 days. I went through the drive through last saturday, and the teller asked me a question I could not understand. When she could not explain it, she just said "nevermind." And I could see her and the other teller in the window blatantly laughing. I have never seen such unprofessionalism in a bank. The speedometer was working when I drove it off the lot but on the way home I passed a local police car and glanced down at my speedometer and it was sitting on zero. I called them and spoke to a lady who told me they can charge you becauase you have access to the water. So i informed her it was shut off and she said yes you have access to it but cant use it.
