We applied for an FHA loan on a condo with "perfect" credit on February 6, 2010 and as of August 16, 2010 the JP Morgan Chase mortgage department still hasn't gotten their Condo Approval Department to approve it and submit it to FHA for approval. I went to this law firm to help me in an employment claim. I signed a fee contract which entitled them 40% of any settlement. This firm makes ambulance chasers look clean. the attoneys will not disclose anything to the client unless it is to manipulate the outcome. The only focus is the percentage. Check engine light on took it to the dealer who told me that it the charcoal device in the emission control system needed replacing, over $600. I ask if it was covered under the ZERO emissions warranty. They told me that it wasn't. Not very trusting of car dealers I called Toyota customer service. They told me that it was covered. This professional is inadequate and negligent in inspecting our home prior to purchasing it.
