I actually wanted to post I had a great moving experience with this company. Sometimes we cannot just post bad experiences we should also praise the good ones. I relocated with a roommate; we both had a lot of items to relocate. They came down to our home and gave us an estimate. Okay, seriously my '94 mitsubishi eclipse 1.8 broke down almost 2 weeks ago. We identified the problems, and began to fix it all ourselves, rather than putting it in a shop. Its cheper that way when you do the labor yourself.. This included fixing a timing belt (and turns out ours is abnorml it needs two belts, ) and changing all gaskets. I have been trying to help a retired eldery couple for months modify a land loan with a Wells HELOC that was appraised way over market value. Patrick Stevens, underwriter in AZ, seems to think his shi* doesn't stink. Hanging up on me when I inquired about their appraisal, which they cannot produce because the appraiser couldn't find the property. I have been a resident in AIMCO owned apartment complex for several years. The company that bills my water and sewage usage is named ISTA. ISTA has a meter and transmitter in each apartment so ISTA has the actual reading on a daily basis. I received an RCA Opal mp3 player for Christmas last year. After 3 months, it short-circuted. Last year my husband installed a natural hickory pergo floor to replace a Swiftlock floor which was too dark for my liking. I am sorry to say that we are not pleased with it at all. Once you sign a contract with Bookmasters they won't let you cancel the contract even though there is a 30 day clause. I have tried 2 times to cancel the contract, 1st by e-mail and 2nd by mail and they continue to bill me monthly and threaten me with a collection agency if I don't pay. I purchased two of these units at Tractor Supply. The box says "Protects Yard From Unwanted Animals" It says it covers up to 30 feet at a 70 degree angle. I have a small vegetable garden that is 12' x 24'. I put one at each end. After three days of bright sunlight, which was surely enough to charge the batteries, I say both a rabbit and a squirrel in my garden at the same time.
