I continue receiving billing notices for magazines, to which I have not subscribed!!! I am sure this is a mounting expense to you, as I am not going to pay for something I don't want, or receive...
The magazines in question are: Simple and Delicious, Taste of Home, and Healthy Cooking, and possibly other magazines which I am also not receiving.
The Account Number for all of these magazines is 07 0784 0740.
I am aware these magazines are fine publications, but I don't wish to subscribe at this time. Possibly in the future I will subscribe...

I like to give people the benefit of the doubt and give small business a chance. So I had been looking to get my car painted and found a restoration place on craigslist. He advertised his complete restoration service, even showing pictures of his work. Arrived at the shop checked some stuff out and I was satisfied with the quality so I gave him the car to paint for me. In August 2009, I booked 2 double rooms at B&B Julia in Pompei, Italy, for arrival 24 April, departure 26 April. Before booking, I asked via email what the cancellation rules were. I was told by return email that if I cancelled 30 days in advance, my 30% advance deposit (72 euro) would be refunded.

We had a good amount work done on my dad's ride. Bad: long, long turnaround time, and we had to take the ride back a more than a couple of times to get things corrected. It took quite a bit of scheduling to get back into to get the shop to make the right fixes. There was a lack of attention to details on much of the work and it looked rushed in several areas. I was driving at about 35mph south along Blanding Blvd when a pedestrian stepped of the road side into the road behind my car. About four to six car lengths behind me was a clearly marked sheriff's cruiser #2976. The sheriff's officer did not slow down to warn the guy back to the sidewalk, did not flash the lights, did not honk the horn or even tweek the siren.

Coming in for a landing at JFK on Delta flight 81 from Amsterdam, we were coming in for landing and just before we hit the runway, the pilot pulls the plane back up along with the landing gear. He comes on the speakers and says "Sorry about missing the runway, there was a plane in the way." What? A plane in the way?

I ordered 4 pounds of Black soap on 2/20/10 and to this very day I have never received my order. I lost $35.65 for this order and they will not answer several emails, faxes, and phone calls. I have reported this company to the BBB and Attorney General in Chicago. Both have said they too have not rec'd any response. And I have found others being ripped off the same. I have had a car loan with wachovia dealer services for close to three years and have made 33 payments on time with what i think is a completely unfair 18.99% apr. Bewared of Pho Mai located on landess San Jose been cheating on sales tax for years. I should have posted this years ago. Sales tax is 9.25% in San Jose. Today I ate there and I was charged more than 10% sales tax. I was there alone and it was simple math.
Please look at your receipt and question it.

Dr. Lam is a terrible doctor, I went to see him for dermal fillers and the outcome turned out completely different from what he said on his message boards and video. My face is lumpy with uneveniness and just a complete mess, and he didnt even wash his hands before touching me when I saw him! For an artist, he has no sense of symmetry and beauty. When I first activated my card I reached customer service. Oh! they were so eager to get my information, including my social security number. Then the next that happened got an international charge of $1.50 after that they actually wrote a check for $10.99 for Family Savings. I never ordered this and have a dispute with them. On April 12th, 2010 at 1pm, a final payment Santander for payment of a car loan.
These funds were received the organization within minutes of having completed this transaction at the Money Gram office used that day. The use of Money Gram was as a result of instructions given to me earlier that day by a Santander agent over the phone.
A call was made to Santander that afternoon after 4pm.

I bougth a Saab 9.3 from Glassman Saab and everything went really well. At the sale point, they told me absolutely everything I wanted to hear. I was told my saab had full maintenance for the life of the lease up to 36, 000 miles. Since my lease is 27 months I was excited to know I would incur no maintenance cost.
