I have been working with ALS since 08/09. for the last 9 months i was told that my loan modification was in review. I just got my letter, saying i dont qualify, because of the type of loan. They knew what type of loan i had when i submitted the documentation; in searching the net, I have found that many individuals have filed suit against ALS. I mistakenly applied for a credit card that I thought was a normal Master/Visa account. It turns out it was a merchandise account. I tried to cancel my application upon discovering this. It turns out I was charged $99 for a membership fee I did not authorize. We recently purchased a male Jack Russell puppy from Irish Jacks/Violet meadow farms and the puppy showed up off the flight with Kennel cough, Giardia(parasite infection), Corona Virus, and worms. We have been trying to contact Susan in regard to the health of the puppy and she does not respond back. We're a trucking company and knowing Lowes reputation for unloading trucks, my driver called to let Lake of the Ozark, Mo know he was on his way and they told him they receive until 10:00pm. He arrived at 4:10pm. They told him they quit unloading at 4:00pm and refused to unload him. They would unload at 7:00am. Try 8:30am. He had 1 skid to unload. Took all of 3 minutes. Medco did a “bait and switch”. Upon enrollment they sent me a formulary which included disopyramide phosphate ER at $6 for 90 days mail order. I placed the order immediately upon receiving this formulary. They filled it instead with the non generic version at $173 for 34 days without even informing me. The prescription as written was for Norpace CR 300 mg. This dosage does not seem to be available and is substituted by 100mg x 3 or 150mg x 2.
