I have found this company to be fraudulent in reporting member activity online. If it says somebody is "online now!" or has been there recently do not believe it, they might not have been there in months. This company's primary goal is to do anything in order to deny your warranty claim. My 2-year-old Whirlpool front loading washer began to leak softener and laundry detergent out the front. I was forced to pay the $165 repair to replace a tray (it took the serviceman three seconds) because it was not a "mechanical failure." Same thing with a dryer blade that came loose. I ordered this product on line as a free trial. I only paid shipping and handling. Nowhere on the web site did it say anything about being put on a mailing list or a cancelation date. My account was charged $79.95 because I did not cancel within 14 days. When the product came it the papers that came with it made no mention of a mailing or cancelation. To everyone out there read everything before you purchase anything on the net. I called the company to find out that their cancellation information is on the terms and agreement sheet, where the print is so small that noone could see it not to mention read it. I brought my Daughters car to these scammers and I was told the price to fix my fender would be a couple hundred dollars. I asked them also to fix the windshield, a wheel Bering and paint the entire car and clear coat it. They quoted me a price of 1800 dollars. After they told me the car was ready. I purchased my Home from Terrazaz Enterprises and paid in Full 3/2006 The floors I paid extra for a bubbling and seperating. He used cheap laminate flooring I paid for wood. The Septic system was installed by Roto Rooter. The builder has not paid him and the septic system has not been permitted and Roto Rooter has placed on Lein on my home and will not service the system until he is paid in full. I have cracked windows not replaced as promised. I do not yet have a driveway pad to enter my 2 car garage. My bathrooms have never been grouted. I have always owned GM Automobiles since 1961 & never had to many complaints in fact was always satisfied until now. I purchased a new Chevy Malibu in 1999 thinking I would not have problems. Do not take your car to this place or any AASTRO location. I took my car there for a warranty repair, they told me no problem, they could fix the car under my extended warranty. 3 weeks later my car was not fixed and they were trying to charge me $4750.00 for a transmission rebuild!! I am sharing my experience with Sears online. My experience is horrible and I never ever place any order from Sears. I have ordered an Elliptical from Sears as they had free shipping.
