I have been the victim of a magazine scam perpetrated by a company calling itself US Magazine Service at P.O. Box 750 in LoLo, Montana 59847 at 888-506-8304. It and several other corporations running magazine subscription scams are run by Jason W. Ellsworth of Hamilton, Mt. I received several magazines, including Esquire from this business, despite the fact that I made it very clear that I did not wish their services and have no interest in sports, cars or soft porn. Without my knowledge, they were billing my bank card. I am a senior citizen... read full review »

VoiceYourOpinion December 9, 2009
This is by far the worst customer service that I have seen from an online air ticket agency. The staff is very rude and not willing to work with you to accomodate your needs, even if they are at fault. They are also very unresponsive to customer inquiries. You will not get your calls returned. Don't waste your money on this agency. It is not worth the little bit that you'll save. There are far more established agencies that will treat you with respect and will give the service that you need. Avoid this agency! read full review »

Central Parking - Denver
grw December 9, 2009
On multiple occassions myself and several of my coworkers have parked in the public parking lot owned by Central Parking Systems at 22nd and Stout in Denver. On over 15 occassions the lot attendant ticketed my vehicle when I had placed payment in the payment slot. Since no receipt is given, either the lot attendant pockets the cash and writes a ticket or submits the payment to Central Parking and still writes a ticket. When I dispute the ticket they tell me I owe no matter what since I can't prove otherwise without a receipt since cash... read full review »

I am currently approaching six months while living in this community. First impressions really matter, but I had no idea the extent. When applying to live here I walked into the office and was immediately taken back by the smell. The woman behind the desk looked like a groupie from the 80's. Professionalism was seriously lacking from the get go. Cats were all over the place, and crawling on the desk when I was trying to sign papers. A man walked in after awhile, and he looked like the caretaker. He had a cutoff tee shirt, stained and... read full review »

MPell Solutions/Gas Rebate
Debz December 9, 2009
On March 20th 2009, I purchsed 2 extended warranties for my 2 vehicles from Carchex. One of the incentives offered with the purchase was $100 per vehicle of free gas. On Carchex website, I was able to download the rebate forms. One of the stipulations made according to the 'small print' was that the forms could not be submitted until 45 days from purchase and then there was only a 30 window to claim. At their request I waited over 45 days and on 5/12/09, I sent the 2 forms, a copy of my ID and warranty summary pages.<br... read full review »

We have been using Oaks Automotive for a few years now. In the beginning, we only had one car that we had bought brand new and always took it there for inspections, tires, brakes, etc. It always passed inspections without needing anything. We were always happy that the mechanics never lied to us and said it needed something it didn't just to make money. We always felt that we were getting good deals and great service when we went there. About a year after we started using them, we obtained a second vehicle. It was about 10 year... read full review »

Floored1 December 9, 2009
When my wife and I selected the Provenza Classico hardwood for our new home, we were never told just how soft the top layer of wood was. We quickly realized when we accidently made some small dents by dropping some small objects. We were always careful with the floor but after one year we have come to realize that this flooring is not a practical choice for even the most conservative uses. The flooring is absolutely beautiful but way too easy to dent. It is literally just a few grades hardware that cardboard. So caveat emptor. read full review »

I really don't know where to complain to!!! There is not a government agency that protects contractors from each other. But, if you are a sub-contractor and you deal with Diamond Group Pools - Watch Out! They won't hesitate to renege on deals that they make with you, no matter what they promised or what it costs you, the sub-contractor! They don't care how their business practices affect other contractors - only their own bottom line. Homeowners, think twice. Diamond Group Pools are good contractors. They do a great job.
