Applied for 10 day trial for $1.00 then immediately sent out 3 month supply and charged credit card. The trial basically ended before i received the product. The trial started the day that the order was placed. Therefore not giving even 8 days to try the product and already received first shipment during the trial period. The product gave my sensitive skin a rash and I cannot use it. There was no customer satisfaction guarantee nor was there a return policy. On tuesday the 1st dec i rang to complain about a bill for $130 which i received for a months worth of electricity in an apartment! Tehy told me it would be looked into and someone would be out to re-read the meter. I recieved a call from my wife at 6:30pm on the 3rd of Dec saying our power had been shut off. The US Grants Guide company has been charging my checking account over the past month. I have not received any "Grant Guide" so i believe that that company owes me money. They have charged my account a total of $61.35 (11/02 $2.01 + 11/03 $57.61 + 11/03 $1.73). I purchased a washer/dryer at Cullens home center in July and was promised a $500 grocery rebate and a $500 gas rebate. Tenants at a home I own called Mr Rotor for a clogged up sewer line. We as the owner did not know nothing about the problem until it became a real big problem. They sent in a Diagnostic tech he ran 25ft of snake in the sewer line busted off and just left the home. Someone from the company came out the next day and would not even try to retrieve the snake quoted me a price of $3200.00 to dig out the sewer line. We go to Gatlinburg many times a year, love to hike in the mountains and enjoy the area very much. We rented from Cabins For You the last time we went in August and were very disappointd in the service we received and then totally outraged by their response when we let them know our dissatisfaction. Time Warner installed telephone service with my cable and internet service. Not there fault but they hooked it up to a line that has another number on it. Now internet is slow, cable is o.k. but I can't call out on phoned and nobody can call in. I'm new to the computer but I can't get them on the Internet to advise about the problem! I was at Braums in Monett MO. Sun. August 26, 2007, the food was great, but the manager on duty was rude, loud, discourtious to the customers and the employees. I felt so sorry for the casheir. The manager kept yelling at her while she was ringing our order up. and i might add the manager was in the back and yelling to the front. we ordered milk shakes . the casheir told the manager we wanted med size and the manager yelled back and ask if that is what we paid for. We have had trouble with our rural service for a long time. They come, but it is never fixed. Static is so bad, you can't talk to anyone and the phone just cuts off sometimes when we are talking. To call them, you better be prepared to have an hour to kill anyway. Online is just as bad, they don't give you any satisfaction there. I recieved an email in regards to an ad on Puppy Find from a lady who claimed to be sick and couldnt care for her puppies. She was to give them to me. Then "realized" i was too far to pick up and wanted to ship them. This was fine but the company wanted to me to pay for the shipping via wertern union and the money was going to cameroon.
