On November 12th of 2009 I purchased a used car from a man named Michael Esposito. Two days after purchase, the car didn't start for me. He told me that once I installed the radio the "theft auto" sensor light would go off and make the car start!!! He never mentioned this problem to me prior to purchasing the car. Court appointed attorney for my husband. we were not happy with this attorney. Had husband sign papers he doesn't remember signing due to medications. Then she left court room and he fell asleep. He had been mugged, beaten & robbed and had a broken foot. Although I told her he was in no condition to understand what he signed due to pain medications she stuck paper in front of him anyway and handed him a pen. Sound odd to you? I was in the process of trying to set up a pre-paid account so a friend could call me from a Ccorrectional facility in California. They said that I need to fax them a monthly phone bill. That is fine but I have my phoneservie through Magicjack. I don't receive monthly phone bills. I make one yearly payment fo my phone service. I tried to explain this to them and they indicated that they could not help me. This company is a joke. Why do they need a phone bill anyway? I was very unhappy with this attorneys legal representation in a child protection matter for which she was appointed to represent me. Then I found out she was ADVERTISING AS AN ADOPTION ATTORNEY TOO. Wow - this airline SUCKS! We just booked tickets. We were given a total price for the ticket and had to put in our credit card. The company advertises that their HTY Gold cream will eliminate wrinkles if used twice daily. Before I ordered it they said they would refund my money if it didn't work. They said it would take 6-8 weeks to see any results. They did not, on the phone, indicate that there was a 30 day limit to the refund period but 6 weeks is longer than 30 days. Found mold in exterior walls. Had contractor over and he noticed that there was NO moisture barrier which is 'Code' for mobile homes. My insurance company sent a rep and he affirmed that there was no water leak from anywhere and that they were not liable for the damage and suggested I contact the manufacturer(Souther Energy). I signed up for a Free trial membership of teeth whitening product Dazzle white whitening gel in July 09. In November I get charged on my credit card for $7.01 a month weightloss resourse. When I called they canceled my membership( which I never signed up for) It actually was a box that if you left it unchecked you were signing up for the weightloss resources website without doing anything.
