My card was charged $99.98 by a company that I never heard of before! When I called to dispute the charge, my financial inst. gave me the name of the company, Member Reward Network in Orem Utah. When I called them they told me that they didn't need to release info to me about the account because I was not the one that gave them the card number. I am the only person on the account, it is in my name!!! Purchased a Canon flash & batteries on 9/25/09. Today 10/20 I have not received a tracking order number or the product. This Company contracted me to haul frieght via my Truck and Semi Trailer. They pretended to be a franchise of a large company and asurred me of minimum incomme of 2000.00 per week. They promissed to pay weekly as I delivered their loads. Green Bay Gold's is a disgrace to this fine community. They moved into Green Bay in May 2008. They bought out an small, inferior existing club and billed this as a preview site and sold lots of contracts on a new club that they planned to build across the street. I decided to try a free trial when I called them about trying their good days pills. They told me I only have to pay the ship/hand and then if I didn't like them to cancel within 30 days. I called on the 20th day because the pills were doing nothing for me. They said I was good to go, they had canceled me from any further shipments and gave me a confirmation number. This company contacts you when you submit your resume through Monster.com or other site. They charge you $3500, in the form of cashiers check, for their "samples". These "samples" are overpriced so you can't possibly sell them. The "customer list" they give you is a joke, most of these stores have been out of business for years and you don't get the list from them until you've paid the money. We contacted Home Mortgage Negotiators after months of getting nowhere with our mortgage company. Home Mortgage Negotiators was supposed to help us get a modification on our home loan. John Deere Trike Tricycle built by RC2Corp appeared solidly built, however, a weekness developed in the neck of the trike under the handle bars which broke and bent unexpectedly causing my son to be thrown face first into the cement sidewalk. Very inconsistant, late last year I placed a large order of custom badges, it was said to be delivered on a specific date (4-6 weeks), I received the order over a month later from the 6 weeks. Yesterday, I placed an order for 150 badges, credit card was accepted, we got confirmation numbers and a thank you letter for our order. Out of gut feeling, we decided to make a phone call anyways to make sure the order was placed, we later found out the order was never sent in, AGAIN... I conducted a loan signing application for Notarywork, Inc., Gaetano LoGrande on August 5, 2009. After completing the loan application, I was contacted again to complete the signing on September 24, 2009. I printed two sets of docs arrived at the confirmed time of between 8:30-9:00PM, the signer was nowhere to be found. I called the signer over 13 times and left vm messages for contact and followed up with the title company, First United Home Loans, 5-6 times that night. We were having carpet scheduled to be installed on a Monday at 9:30am. When no one showed up for a couple hours I called to see where the installers were. They said they didnt know and didnt know when they would show up. I think that the assistant manger Patty who works at Safeway and the head clerk by the name of Sarah Holmes leave little to be desired. They are very rude to begin with, but the talk down to the other head clerks and checkers while customers are present. Bruce wasted no time charging my credit card $200 as a deposit when I ordered my bed on September 24, 2009. However, the order was actually received by the bed manufacturer on Sept 29, 2009. It is noted on the receipt my bed would take 4-5 weeks, but the manufacturer told me it would actually take 6 weeks. A pattern of lies! I purchased a cub cadet 1050 lawn tractor at TSC in hamilton on 8/14/09. in sept. I purchased the three horse power (twenty ton) electric model back in February of this year. The machine is advertised a being quiet, but actually is very loud with a high pitch noise that requires ear protection. Doug (company owner) says it is due to the higher RPM of the three horse power model and the hydraulic pump is making the screaming noise. Doug says he will send me a quiet pump. I received an email to call in to confirm my online order made the previous day. When I called, the rep wanted me to pay $150 for starter kit accessories listed, which were listed as "INCLUDED ACCESSORIES" on their website. I double-checked online and call them back reminding them that it is false advertisement. They removed the clause from the web and immediately canceled my order via email. Rude customer service operator who kept insisting that the company does not deal with consumers only retailers. April 2009 I had dental scaling done to both sides of my mouth at Penn Dental. The procedure is covered by my insurance, but I got a bill from Penn Dental, stating that the insurer would cover only half. The insurer claimed that I'd had the procedure done twice on one side of my mouth, not once on both sides. It would not cover the procedure done twice to one side.
