I would Like to give a warning to all future potential victims of this company. I had ordered the free trial of Whitening Brites and canceled in the time frame allowed both (written e-mail and phone). Bank of America recently bought out Countrywide and refuse to honor an existing Modification Agreement I have in place. They have refused to accept anymore of my Payments in accordance w/my Modification Agreement and have turned my Home of 20 years over to a Third Party Law Firm who is filing Foreclosure on my property. This Bank is all about theft of property while their executives have been given millions by Obama Administration for the stimulas plan, however; no one internally knows how is works yet! I received an Archos 605 30gig as a gift from my family. It never worked since I got it, returned it to Archos for repair after many emails for help. I waited the requested 10 -15 business days (three weeks total) and asked what was going on. I got an email saying my archos was in the mail. One week later I received a reconditioned piece of junk that wouldn't even charge and still had the same faults and more than the new one I sent back. I returned this one and requested either my archos repaired and returned or a new one just like I sent but preferably working. I am posting this information in-order to warn all potential customers of Affordable Hardscapes in Denver Colorado. My husband and I hired them to do a stamped patio and fire pit. These guys were to help my husband and I avoid bankruptcy and follow a plan to help us pay our debts. I purchased the complete Bonanza series on DVD from Classic Media DVD. The picture is so poor and was obviously copied off of television. The TV Land logo is in the bottom right hand corner and banners advertising other television series are constantly running across the bottom of the picture. Mortgageleads4less.com is seling bogus telemarketed loan modification leads that are old/bad data. We purchase 200 telemarketed leads from them @ $5 a lead ($1000 up front). We were supposed to receive 5 leads a day the first week. Mulitiple charges for products I did not purchase. Even though disputed with my credit card company or agreed to a refund, the charges still continue. When I disputed with the company, I was told I need to honor contract as a matter of integrity for some very vague language that I am sure makes the contract null and void. I have ordered from fitfuel.com about three times. The first two times i ordered, I received what I paid for. The third time I ordered I received only part of what I paid for. I have sent them four or five e-mails and none have been returned. They just send me an e-mail saying they have received my e-mails and will answer within 24 hours. I have also tried calling them numerous times but they just say  nobody can take my call at that time and tell me to leave a message. I leave messages and no one returns my calls.
