I wish to complain about the poor customer service of UTS. We own a NordicTrack treadmill and all I want to know is where to find an approved repair service for our machine. The store manager in the Valley Fair, Santa Clara, CA store was so rude... My daughter bought a pair of shoes last Friday and the shoes was broken which can't be worn any more. Beware of this company and its affiliates!! It all started when some kids were selling magazine subscriptions. Innocent enough (but overpriced). This company is not listed in phone book nor do they have a website to confirm that they are doing business in the state. Asking for you to go to a credit checking webpage is their way to get paid by the number of people clicking on a link. I purchased an exam prep guide 7/30/08 for a job with the USPS. It cost $89 and I was charged $109 on my credit card. When I called back, they said they forgot to tell me it cost $20 to ship. Called them out because Basement was backing up due to Roots in the Main line. Quoted 1.5Hr and 100Ft of Cleaning. Plumber found seperation in line and claimed had to stop that his equipment got stuck. Claimed if it got stuck would have to break ground to repair line. Left partialy cleared line. Basically would not complete the job unless Main was to be replaced. When I explained other plumbers provided quotes, they wanted to know who so they can report them for working on a Main line that was broken. RUN from this organization! I spend over $600 to fly in for a quick 2 hour visit to see my son at the Air Force Academy. I have been going rounds with First Data Global leasing since FEb-09 when our lease terminated with them. They are fully aware of the fact that we have not used their services since 2007 yet we fulfilled the monthly obligations of our lease term. I applied for a loan in March of 2009 and contacted loan officer thoughout app. approval. I was contacted approximately 50 days later (was locked in for 60 days) and told everything looked fine and my loan should be done. Never heard from the loan officer again. As an incentive to purchase a security system from Pinnacle, I was given a card to register for $600 in VISA cards at $25 a month. I registered, sent in receipts and have received nothing. Now, I cannot even get to their webpage. I have had 3 charges ($72.21 charged twice and $38.34) from Powersale who apparently is doing business as Blazing Key Words and Ad Word Search. They take credit card information from the GrantMasters service. Correct phone numbers are hard to come by. The 2 I have at the moment are 888-247-3097 and 312-635-0019. When calling for a cancelation and refund, note the time frames they give you and keep calling if they don't refund it in time.
